They never have anything, I live nearby and love Chipotle so every couple of months I give it another chance but only seems to get worse. Very poor operation, with apathetic employees and poor customer service. It would be great if a Qudoba was brought to this location so I could save some time driving there, as they never disappoint.

I ordered a bowl through the drive thru. I asked the lady if I could purchase the sauce that comes with the bowl. She told I had to go inside to purchase the sauce which is something I never done before. When I asked why did I have to go inside she said she was “too busy” to ring it up. If I wanted to go in I would’ve ordered it inside. It was also raining which added to the frustration of not doing it at the window. Customer service is always horrible here.

Was literally told to leave the store and order online right before the young lady started texting on her phone. The shop was empty. Contacted customer support and got the blowoff. Chipotle is the worst.

Never leave reviews but this place was the worst service I’ve ever had. Waited in the drive thru for 30 mins before finally going inside. Got inside, everyone was just standing around. My food hadn’t even been started. Workers were having a conversation in the back like there wasn’t 5 people waiting for their order to be taken. Took another 20 minutes for them to make my food and they were out of half of the ingredients in my order. Don’t go here.

The worse customer service ever. If you ever place an online order good luck getting your food. It won’t be ready till the store closes (that’s if they make your order). There’s one lady that works there she’s very rude, not sure if she’s the manager or what but she acts like one. Don’t know how ppl deal with her always rude to people.

I hardly ever leave reviews on anything but this place is just so bad. Always out of ingredients, doesn’t matter what time of day it is. I was once told it was an hour wait for chicken. It’s without question the worse chipotle I’ve ever been to.

If you order delivery or carryout, prepare to have your food made incorrectly about 75% of the time. You're better off going inside so you can make sure that they're actually giving you what you ask for.

Worst Chipotle in Michigan, by far. Regularly out of main ingredients - "We don't have any chicken, sour cream, guac, or chips. What can I get you?" I don't think I've ever gotten a fully complete meal from this location. And it's not like a one-time bad luck episode - they have been amazingly consistent with their lack of preparedness to actually serve food since they day they opened. Avoid this location at all costs.

I waited 10min for the chicken to be done cooking and cut. Once home and eating my chicken bowl I noticed raw chicken. I tried calling twice with no answer.
