I would like to thank Daily Dozen at the 15 Mile store and Noelle who SAVED my daughter’s grad party yesterday! I ordered 8 dozen another shop closer to me who “forgot” about my order when I went to pick it up after confirming twice. The customer service was awful and I left in tears. I remembered a coworker of mine who is a loyal customer to the Daily Dozen and remembered how good the donuts were. I pulled it up online to see where the closest location was. About 30 mins...
Call to inquire the cost of couple dozen of donuts and manager was nice enough to put them aside for me because it was getting busy and I would not have had any had I waited. Great service!
The doughnuts are great and the workers are always happy to help, regardless of I am ordering 1 doughnut of 8 dozen. And if you like coconut, make sure you try the coconut custard, my favorite doughnut.
