I tore this end off of my sandwich, that’s not a bite. However the assistant general manager said that it couldn’t possibly be their fault because I called 2 hours after ordering. I did eat half of my sandwich and put the other half in the fridge because I was busy at work. But, I didn’t take a blowtorch to a sandwich that I wanted to enjoy eating.
She apparently doesn’t have a boss and continually argued with me and talked over me. Definitely not customer friendly....read full review
All I wanted was a sub without cheese and apparently that’s impossible at this location according to the very lovely manager, even when you select the “no cheese” option.
