As numerous reviews reflect, the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Sure, they may have good drinks, but at the end of the day what runs a business is customer service. The employees do not adhere to basic customer requests, such as providing a receipt for a transaction. I believe it is absolutely necessary to get rid of the current employees and hire ones who have customer service skills and, at the bare minimum, common courtesy.I will take my business to the 50 other juice shops in the Royal Oak and Birmingham area!

The best juice bar in the Metro Detroit area. I love these juices and when I’m in the Detroit area, this is my go to spot. Even my mom loves them and she isn’t an avid juicer. I highly recommend for both juicers and beginners.

Yesterday was my first time visiting Drought and so far I am not disappointed. The young lady working yesterday around 6 pm was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm drinking the green #3 (based on her recommendation) right now and it is delicious. I will be back again ?.
Expensive of course, but I'd say it's the highest quality and grade of any pressed juice in the entire state. They have quite a selection of different juices with different benefits. Huge fan of this place and have been going since 2015.
