I come here all of the time and I ALWAYS specify and say clearly that I would like oat milk in my lattes, almost every drink i’ve received from here is made wrong and I am paying for the modifications! They always use whole milk.Ive clarified time and time again and its always incorrect.I haven’t complained but dang, what if I was lactose intolerant.Its annoying and unfair when I am paying extra for things!

This location has poor service 4 times out of 5. They are clearly always understaffed and the workers give bare minimum service. I walked in store today to get two donuts since the drive-thru is usually quite slow. My partner and I were standing at the counter for about 5 minutes while workers were walking around not acknowledging us. When we were finally greeted (dryly) the cashier charged me for two donuts and walked away without grabbing the donuts. We then had to wait another few minutes to ask another worker if we could receive the donuts we just paid for. What could’ve been a simple transaction took about 12 minutes, in which I should’ve just went to the Tim Hortons across the street.
I think we've had maybe one good experience here. Always rude. Never has anything. Somehow the espresso machine is down half the time. & don’t order anything with bacon, they’re VERY stingy. I paid an extra dollar for less than a full single piece of bacon.
