Never wore gloves. Even when giving me scoops to try the ice cream. Never seen him wash his hands even after touching money and the cash register. Touched everything with his bare hands. Kept wiping the blender onto my cup. If I could vomit I would. Had him remake the shake because it was watery didn’t flinch and repeated the same gross process. Paid for it twice even. Never going here again.

This used to be an amazing Dunkin spot but since new management took over, it has been a nightmare. Delayed orders from a dysfunctional staff guided by a hyper aggressive manager. It’s a real shame how horrible this location has become.

Avoid this location at all costs. I was buying a chocolate milk from their fridge for my daughter, and the milks were expired by a whole week! The chairs were dirty, and it was extremely hot in there... so hot we couldn't even stay. This place needs an inspection. You can't be serving kids expired milk.

told me they couldn’t make my breakfast sandwich because it was “just too hard right now”. also didnt realize until i was driving away that they forgot to put any coffee in my cappuccino, so i got stuck with a cup of steamed milk. took so long that i didn’t have time to circle back and get it fixed before work. also no napkins.

I can’t that this is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Not only all the orders are delayed. But also cold. They had no napkins. When I asked for one, I got these torn pieces. Super bad experience.

They need to change their frying oil, took a bite of my plain donut and all I tasted was oil, clearly they are using the same oil over and over, this was not the first time either so I will not be stopping at this location anymore

The worst and rudest customer service ever! I had to stop going to this Dunkin because more often than not, my take out order was wrong, missing the cream cheese tub, wrong bagels I ordered, bagels and donuts not wrapped with just thrown into the bags and twice I found a black hair on my donuts too! I witnessed employees not wearing gloves handling food as well! Eww, that is so gross! Bathroom is trashy too! Stay away!!!!

I have been coming to this location for years, multiple times a week, and recently it has gone down hill. To the staff just staring at you and not conversing when a question asked to recently their pricing. I understand prices do change and that’s not a problem but when a large iced cappuccino goes from $5.29 to $6.99 (those are Starbucks prices) and an iced regular coffee is $.50 more for less ice and when selecting no ice the price is the regular price? Thankfully I’ve found another location that is consistent with their pricing, and friendly staff.
Decided to try despite the reviews, mistake. The layout is already terrible enough coming in and trying to leave. Ordered a medium shaken espresso… was given a large iced coffee with no receipt. It was just me and the car in front of me, it wasn’t until I was handed my drink that another car pulled around. Just lame, don’t waste your time if you’re in a rush.

They have rats running around the drive-thru area they need to be shut down go there before daylight and flash your bright lights in a Drive-Thru area and you will see them
