Stingy owners with everything. Why operate a franchise if you’re not going to honor national promotions or serve anything up to standard? Donuts are usually stale and old. They pretend they don’t understand your requests but somehow do understand to nickel and dime you for everything. Insult to the Dunkin brand.

After placing my order, I asked for a cup of water, and the guy charged me 50 cents. I was in shock!

Workers looked annoyed that they're working. Staff rude. Had to keep remake drink a few times.

The man who helped me was rude, he closed the window on me and walked away when I was trying to ask if my drink had caffeine it. I think he was annoyed with me asking to have my drink blended before pulling up. A lot of space left in the cup too.

Went through the drive thru for some ice coffee and noticed about 15-20 plastic cups filled with about an inch of black liquid. Had my partner who was driving ask them what was in the cups. Employee confirmed that they are pre made espresso shots then he said “it’s for when we are busy”. I want it noted that we were there at 8am on a Saturday and there was no one inside and no one infront or behind us in the drive thru. Who knows how long those shots have been there just ready and sitting. I could see no markings on them either (granted it was through the drive thru window but still). I’ve worked for multiple coffee shots and espresso shots need to be mixed within 30 seconds with something or they’re considered expired. Also it only takes about 15 seconds to pull 2 espresso shots so why even cut this corner? Also…. Think about the fact they poured hot espresso shots directly into plastic cups with no ice or anything. If they’re cutting corners on a 15 second procedure, where else are they cutting corners? I highly recommend going to Biggby just down 14 mile over this place.

If I have to yell "hello?" at the counter to see if anybody's working, you have no customer service. If you are "sold out" of all your seasonal items by 8:30AM, you didn't make enough product. There is no reason to pretend Dunkin' has any storefronts anymore. Just close the retail space and make this a drive-thru only. It's pretty much what it is anyway.

We pulled up to get our coffees in the drive-thru and they had 15-20 double shots of expresso pre made, stacked, sitting in plastic cups waiting to get added to coffees for the morning (Expresso shots go bad very shortly after making them, and also hot expresso shouldn't go directly into PLASTIC CUPS!!). Will never go back, if they are cutting corners like that who knows what else is going on. I even asked the guy if they were expresso shots sitting there and he confirmed it.

Got an Iced Chai Latte, it was just milk. We used the drive through. The service was okay, pretty slow. My friend also got a hot chai latte that was all milk. Very disappointing visit.
Probably the worst fast food establishment I've ever been to. I've been to some rough places. I can handle people that might not communicate perfectly as long as they care a little. Here they don't care at all. Not just one employee or over a few months but this place has been consistently terrible for years. Do yourself a favor and find the next closest Dunkin. I've finally given up after giving them way too many chances.

They “lose your order” despite having confirmation from the store and my credit card company. Instead of remedying the situation they told me I had to pay again and call my credit card company… this was a simple $3 transaction, but I had used points so all those would be lost. I’m not going to jump through hoops and reorder from the same system that lost my money the first time. I’ll just go to Starbucks where they would have fixed this immediately

Very nice staff, they really try to make your drink right. This place has a Baskin Robbins, best cotton candy ice cream.

Customer service is awesome at this restaurant. We, two families, went there from Canada and were not much familiar with Dunkin' Donuts menu. But the customer service representatives helped us a lot. Food was excellent for our breakfast.
