Not sure what happened to this place. I went 2 times before, and the food was delicious. I went today, 3/16 and the food was not even close to subpar. The general tso cauliflower was tough and hard to bite into and soggy at the same time, the vegan volcano roll was not flavorful and soggy, and the vegan curry yakiudon was awful. It is normally yellow with curry sauce, but this time, it was brown and lacked any type of flavor. It was not made correctly, and I told the server as such. She said she was going to go ask the chef for more of the sauce that comes with it. She came back and said that the kitchen is backed up with orders and couldn’t accommodate. I only took 2 bites and asked if I could send it back, and she said she could not take it off the bill due to “personal preference”. I ended up having to paying $57 total for a mediocre meal that was not even made correctly. If this establishment is going to charge the prices that it does, the least it can do is be consistent in the quality of the food.

Both of our ramen were a bit too salty. But the portion was very good. Wish they weren't so salty or we may be able to finish our bowls :(

Messed up my takeout. Told me I couldn't get a refund only a replacement. Didn't want one after that and they offered no alternative solution after I told them I was unavailable to pick up a replacement. Made cocky remarks over the phone and both people I spoke to were incredibly rude and made smarky remarks. Horrible customer service. Spent so much money to be disappointed.

Horrible customer service. Food is good but you better hope there’s no mess ups because you will not be getting your money back!

Food is good, not too Americanized, and still maintains its own unique and authentic individual flavors.

I’m very disappointed in my experience here. I was looking forward to supporting them, however, I have a shellfish allergy and there are NO accommodations for that. They cook everything in the same oil (fries, shrimp, etc), and use the same Wok and do not throughly clean between dishes. My only options were to have vegetarian sushi or ramen with no protein. I spoke with the manager and expressed my frustrations and that they need a better policy for accommodating allergies and cooking things separately. They also still made us pay for the appetizer and drinks we ordered but did not consume after we decided to leave since I could not enjoy anything there. If you have a shellfish allergy, I would pick a better place and not eat here.

Dietary restrictions: No accommodation for food allergies

Rainbow roll is excellent. Very disappointed in Avocado Roll, they raised the price and it was skimpier.

I have been to many sushi restaurants. I odered a mesho soup like I always do when I go to a sushi restaurant. They brang me this big bowl and it has a meat base. I told them I wanted a regular mesho and then told me we don't have that. Then the manegment made me pay for a $20 soup that I couldn't eat. I owned a biggby coffee for 10 years and thats bad customer serive. I recommended strongly not to eat here.

The adobo fries were bland and I did not feel that they had good value for what I paid. The steak and chicken were basically indistinguishable from each other flavor wise, and only came with a small amount of fries. For a $15 appetizer I was expecting more. The vegan spring rolls had an unpleasant grease taste and the sauce wasn’t good. The deep fried sushi roll was also bland except for the grease taste. The speciality sushi roll did not taste fresh or bright and I found it hard to even finish it. I picked the white fish off the top and something about it seemed dubious. It had a mushy texture and it didn’t seem fresh.. even the eel sauce didn’t taste good? Overall i wasn’t happy with any of the menu items I tried. And I typically LOVE this kind of food and eat sushi regularly. It was a carry-out order so unfortunately no way to send it back. very disappointing

Got the dumplings and veg spring rolls, spicy miso ramen, and the yakiudon and all were AMAZING! Service was phenomenal and the singer with as I waited for my carry out which wasn’t long was out of this world. Next date night planned for sure!

This place was great! We had the pan fried gyoza as a starter which was yummy, and we tried two bowls of ramen, traditional and one of their specialty bowls.

The portions for their ramen were huge! We ate our fill and had plenty to take home, and the server, Katie, boxed them for us, and even labeled them so we could tell them apart. She threw in two extra sets of chopsticks for us too.

The ramen was delicious, we will definitely be back. The only odd thing was the smell of rubbing alcohol as soon as we walked in the door. It looks like they use it to sanitize the tables, which I guess is nice, but it was kind of overpowering. Overall this was a great experience and the staff were all very friendly. There are so many things on the menu to try we can't wait to come back.

Vegetarian options: There is a section of the menu that is all vegan with many choices.

Parking: Parking is around back.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's all one floor with ramps leading in. The entryway door into the restaurant is slightly narrow, and the tables are spaced pretty close together, but they could be moved. There are booths where half is a bench and the other side is a removable chair.
