Fresh LIES Cafe. Honestly this place doesn't even deserve a 1 star review. I've been In here a handful of times and have witnessed the manager sleeping in the lobby of the store. How embarrassing. No wonder your store is not making any profit. Definitely do NOT recommend this place. Food quality is also TERRIBLE. They're known to not give or just swap out ingredients in your smoothie/food bowl etc with the approval of the manager without even telling you. Incredibly slow as well. Not to mention, this place is filthy. I'm scared of how well they clean their blenders etc. I've seen the blenders just stacked looking like they've been sitting for awhile all crusty and hardened. Place isn't that busy enough for you to be leaving them like that yet it still takes so long for any item there. I'm taking my a** to tropical smoothie instead.

Stopped in with my niece while waiting for a nail appointment. Took 25 minutes to get a veggie wrap and a veggie salad with hummus. She asked for no beets. Completely loaded with beets. The salad was slipped in a styrofoam container. Made no sense why it would take so long. On our way out tried to use the restroom. Completely unusable. Filthy. Terrified of how they keep the kitchen. How you do anything is how you do everything, Fresh owner and staff. Never going back. Spend your $23 elsewhere...this place is a PASS

Ordered a beyond burger. It said it came with "signature fresh sauce" but had no sauce. The worst part was the gluten free bun. It was so hard the Detroit Red Wings could play a game of hockey with it.

Poor service, poor quality food (especially given the price), and wouldn't recommend. It took forever to get my food and it was mediocre at best. It is also very overpriced for the amount of food they give you. Very disappointing.

First timer going on my lunch break. Im a health professional and always looking for fresh healthy options on the go as I am a mobile worker...i ordered the turkey bacon avocado with NO ONIONS and i said no onions TWICE...I hate onions and they gave me onions ??‍♀️as a mobile worker i cant smell like onions they are gross and I hate onions...then as a courtesy i gave a $3 tip..once again i know the importance of tipping but never again ESPECIALLY in drive thru ordering...now im wondering why i did in the first place...its just drive thru and they messed up my order as it was my 1st time there...ugh never going back first impression, experience and quality ruined..hate going places and wasting time and money or having to hope for the best for food and experience...it should NEVER be that way...ugh need mouth wash from nasty onions i didnt want stat my stomach hurts and ruined just ugh

I feel like every experience I’ve had when I came to this place has been outstanding. The staff is always welcoming when I walk in the door which always geeks me up. They’re surprisingly not as expensive as you would might think this sort of eating establishment would be. The food is solid every time, which is awesome considering the fact that a different person made my panini each time I’ve been here. The older gentleman is quite the character but always happy and positive, he’s a great guy to have a conversation with. The manager (I think?) introduced himself the first time I came in a couple months ago and gifted me coupon cards for being a new customer. I can’t find anything even remotely negative to include. Thank you guys!!!!!

Sadly has gone downhill. I’m not a picky person at all, but I feel like I need to post this to let management know about the quality. The breakfast bowl I got this morning had eggs that tasted and felt like sponge, and the avocado was also nowhere near ripe. I used to love this place, but I won’t be coming back.

Not all fresh. I ordered a Fiesta bowl with the greek yogurt on the side and a regular green lemonade. When she told me my total was $22.25, I was taken aback. If you look at the menu, there is a price of $9.75 at the top of the screen for protein salad bowls. I chose a signature bowl. Look very carefully to the left (it took me almost the whole time they took to prepare my meal for me to find it) you will see a number 13. That's the price! There's no dollar sign. There's no decimal point. It's just not obvious. Now, that is mild and is not the reason for 3 stars. Look at my avocado! It's brown! Not just a part of it, the whole thing! The Greek yogurt not being on the side is just an honest mistake. Then the chicken; where is it? That's it? 2oz? I'm going to behungry in an hour. I also watched her make my juice - the cucumber was rotten on one side. Lastly, the lettuce pieces are huge. That in itself isn't a problem; the fact that I was given plastic fork and no knife is the problem. This is a fail. I have no problem paying for good food and fresh food. This was not worth the money. Too bad because I work 2niles from here.

My first two bites of my turkey, bacon, avocado wrap was delicious. My third bite, not so much. Noticed something was off and now I’m nervously waiting to see how I’m going to feel later…

Just go to Jersey Mike's. This food was not fresh and (dare I say it because...marketing) not healthy. We ordered two of the bacon turkey wraps with avocado and felt sick to our stomachs after! We couldn't even finish it.The turkey was a long rectangle with fatty edges and wet. The cheese was obviously packaged and processed and old - it was hard. The turkey bacon was so hard to bite.My one year old didn't even want to eat it and he eats everything!I should have known when the decals on the window say "with real food"...why would they have to advertise it's real? No, I've eaten at healthy lunch/smoothie places before with fresh and healthy ingredients and this isn't it. This is McDonalds-salad level food, but marketed like it's not. Also note, they don't have high chairs for children.

the slowest, most unorganized staff with zero sense of urgency. they are completely clueless. apparently grubhub orders take priority because they "have a strict schedule to follow". not exactly how you treat visiting customers.

First time ordering today, I paid for extra items that already came with salad, didn't receive them and some that were missing altogether. Also, part way through eating it I came across bad lettuce. This was disappointing and I would not order from here again. I am now dealing with a bad stomachache.

Food and smoothies absolutely use fresh ingredients and taste great in the combinations they put together. The problem is, the staff has no sense of urgency. Expect to wait 10-15 minutes if there is a single car in the drive through, whether you go inside or pull up to the drive through. If you order ahead online, do not pull up to the drive though if there is a car in it. Additionally customized items are hit or miss if they get customized, my med chick wrap add jalapeños had no jalapeños (an add on charge).

Delicious healthy food and definitely going on my normal rotation of lunch spots. Service was great, place was clean, can never go wrong with soup, salad and a smoothie. 10/10.

I was really hopeful coming here. I had been in a few years back and enjoyed it. However I was disappointed this time and am unsure if I’d go back. I ordered a bowl that was supposed to be served warm and it was cold, on top of that is was pretty pathetic in amount (I’m used to places packing my bowl to the top). I order bowls from multiple locations and this one was definitely a disappointment for the price. They also gave me the wrong smoothie.Also- if you want something quick and healthy this may not be the best thing. It took almost 25 minutes to get my to-go order (smoothie and bowl), and there were only 2 other people in the restaurant with 4 people working.
