Can’t say enough good things about the meals here. The quality is incredible and the flavors are out of this world. They are the gold standard of meal prep. Not sure if I’ll ever go back to making my own food again.
I have been going to Golden State for 2 years now. This is by far the best meal prep service in the area when it comes to flavor, variety, and overall composition of a dish. Every single thing is homemade. Every sauce even, and often times the sauces really set off the dish. In combination with working out I was able to lose 30+ lbs eating their meals, even just for dinners. They are not afraid to use spice in the sauces either which is great. It’s pricier than other places...
Great food selections. The meals are flavorful and the ingredients seem fresh. My husband and I enjoy all of the meals. We are both busy professionals who also workout, so the high protein fresh ingredient meals are perfect for us. Highly recommend.
