My girlfriend Ordered a simple chicken dinner with 2 sides. We were told 22 to 32 minutes online and it took them over an hour + . I understand people get busy but I was told only be a few minutes when I walked in. I would recommend Chicken Shack if you want your food in a reasonable time frame.

If you love hot, fresh, crispy, spicy chicken cooked fresh while you wait, then this is the place for you. Good sides too and plenty of food served per dinner. Prices seem a little high and sometimes it seems to take forever to get your food, but in the end, it's definitely worth it.

I pratonize this establishment as I have many times in the pass. But today on January 17,2024 I was very disappointed in prices $3.55 per wing that were tiny is beyond me. Also the spicy flavor in the ingredients of the chicken was none existing. This was the reason I came to this establishment. Now with the prices, ingredient changes and portions I believe my service is not warrant for return. Too bad ?

My family and I ate here for the first time yesterday! Wow! What great food and the macaroni and cheese tastes southern made! The cole slaw was very fresh and tasty. I normally don’t like spicy foods but their chicken is great!

Worst food I’ve ever had at any restaurant and I’m not exaggerating. Apparently this place used to be good and went down hill. There was no flavor in anything. The “seasoned” fries were not seasoned, the fried okra tasted like nothing but grease and the chicken sandwich made us question if they were trying to poison us because it tasted so bad. In fact it was so bad that I took a bite then had to thoroughly inspect the chicken to make sure it wasn’t raw because it didn’t taste right. I don’t think chicken should taste like that. I didn’t eat anything else after that and left hungry. The food was inedible. The service wasn’t very good either. We waited for an hour after they told us the food would be out in 15 minutes. While we waited they gave other people their orders before us. I don’t normally like to complain about this because I understand things can take longer than anticipated and they seem to be understaffed. However, they didn’t apologize for the wait and gave us our sandwiches without telling us they were out of pickles. I really wish I would have gotten a refund but I didn’t even know where to begin with how disappointed I was with this place.

Visited this location to receive very nasty attitude from the person taking order. I was in pure disbelief of how nasty she treated me. The manager overheard it all and rectified the situation immediately. Food was tasty.

I drive 45 mins to eat here with my best friend. Nothing can compare to the chicken here. Omg the baked beans are my absolute favorite side. The service is always A1. All of the staff is amazing. 10/10 definitely recommend.
