Most proper Dive Bar in Royal Oak! Honestly, it's one of the only reasons I ever step in Royal Joke. The place retains the ambiance of yesteryear but has lost some of the aesthetics inside like the booths & i think! Is the litteral cadillac that was mounted on the wall gone? ;( decent beers in draft and a serious dedicated Warsteiner Tap! Decent stocked bar- parking is available, but RO parking enforcement make coming to downtown RO in general a serious pain there...
I had a great time at this place.
The drinks were priced well, and they did the job.
The regulars were looking out for me as I had a little too much.
There were a lot of new people coming in, including myself, and it seemed like we were welcomed by the crowd.
I will be coming back to have more great times. ?

I would have given 5 stars across the board but they were possibly a little short staffed. Service was good but could have been more attentive.
