This place is odd.. To start, we were served cold hot chocolate and told that the hot water wasn’t working properly. While waiting for our food I watched the waitress put the plates in the microwave to heat up the food. I’m really confused about what’s going on at this location or if this food was even made fresh… definitely think the health department might need to check this place out. It was something straight out of a horror movie.

We had a terrible experience on February 9, 2025.
My partner ordered the chicken tenders and pancakes, but the chicken was raw. I ordered the egg white veggie omelet, and when it arrived, it was watery and soupy. When I brought this to the server's attention, she immediately acknowledged the issue, saying it looked wet. If she knew it was a problem, why was it served by her, it was obvious it was disgusting?
Additionally, the server never checked on us, and we had to get up to find her. We discovered her sitting in the back of the restaurant, eating. Further she never came and presented us with a bill and left us sitting their while we tried to get her attention again. Will never return l, this place is a sad example of IHOP

My husband and I took our two grandsons for breakfast. The food was fine but our server Maria was exceptional. She was attentive, friendly and professional. Maria is a gem!
Dietary restrictions: We had an egg allergy in our group and there were very limited options but that’s true wherever we go so not an exclusive issue to this restaurant.

Service was great -food was delicious. I had a Carmel hot chocolate that was super sweet loved the taste and warm me up with this cold weather. Can’t wait to be back in for fresh pancakes

This was my 1st time in this restaurant. The food was good. What was troubling is I heard 2 servers standing by the door arguing and another runing around the restaurant, don't know if she was working or not, yelling and using bad language so anyone could here.

Gotta love the sonic pancakes even tho for a family of 3 costed $60 in total. Can’t expect luxury for cheap I guess
They suck they messed up my order 3 times they didn't give me my drink or a utensils then when I said I don't want the food they started talking shit. They got mad because they wanted to charge my husband for something we didn't order or eat , I got dinner and they gave me pancakes .... don't eat in this pls !
