This was the worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time. If I could have given 0, I would have. There were 5 staff members who were just hanging out on the closed side of the restaurant when we walked in at around 7:30. On the open side all of the chairs were up and there were wet floor signs, but the floor was not even broomed and the there was one wet spot of soapy water on the floor, but not by the signs it was actually right next to the booth they sat us at. The waitress could not tell us what was good. She told us she was new and had not eaten there. We got no refills on water and she didn’t even stick an around long enough to let us tell her we wanted anything. Both my husband and son’s chocolate chip pancakes came burned. Also all the chocolate chips were only in the center. My cinnamon bun crepes did not have the toppings (no strawberries or sauce). When we asked for a check it didn’t come. We had to ask again and then had to go to the register ourselves to pay. They couldn’t seem produce an me itemized receipt even after I inquired for one. I don’t think what we ordered cost what they told us, but we will never know. To make the experience worse there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the trash can looked like it had not been emptied in a while. We will not eat here again. We have been to other IHOP locations and usually it is a fast, clean, and nice. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took them 20 minutes to take our order and almost 20 more minutes to get any food. Nothing was fast, clean, or nice about this experience.

Laid back and friendly atmosphere. We had the cinnamon pancakes and the Steak omelette- very good and not too bland like some iHops make it. Our waitress was very sweet and helpful. iHops are kind of hit or miss but this one is a hit- We’ll be back :)

Since my husband retired this has become our new hangout spotI'm a 20 year Former restaurant Manager and I can't help point out things... The employees are great and friendly, but store needs some detail cleaning... Under tables, floors bathrooms..The clutter when walking in at stations not good..I'll return just can't help seeing flaws.

I ordered from this IHOP tonight for delivery to the hospital after a surgery and I was so impressed by the food and service. The food was packaged great, it was still hot, and included all condiments I needed! I was so hungry and it was so nice to get such a great carry-out. Thank you!
Disappointing Experience at IHOP!I recently visited the IHOP location and ordered a BLT sandwich with fries for breakfast, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The sandwich bread was hard and stale, the sandwich itself was poorly made, and to top it off, the fries were not only cold but also tasted old.The quality of the food served at this IHOP location was far below expectations, and it is baffling to me why this establishment is still open for business. The lack of freshness and care in preparing the food was evident, and it left me with a negative impression overall.I hope that IHOP takes immediate action to address the issues with food quality and preparation at this specific location to ensure that other customers do not have to endure a similar experience. For now, I would caution others to approach this IHOP location with caution until improvements are made.

Went to IHop on a Monday. It was early 4:30pm. we were seated menus given. Then we waited. I watched a waiter take strawberries place then on waffles bare handed. He then wiped his hands on the back of his pants. This happened multiple times. We left please close.

45 minute wait for food; not crazy busy when we ordered (Tues at 11:30). Did not get checked on the whole time. Kids got happy face pancakes with no face lol ☹️My oldest says the breakfast sausage is ?
