Great sub shop. Love utilizing the app. My order is always perfect. Picked up my sub today and it was straight out of a magazine. It was made to perfection. Seriously! Perfect balance and blend. It was ready to go when I arrived! Plus the staff is always friendly and professional. Highly recommend and thanks for making delicious sandwiches.

Placed a mobile order on 6/27/24 and got all the way home and realized that I didn’t get the bacon that I paid for
made the mistake of ordering (extra sauce) on my sub.... DO NOT DO THIS!! unless you want to drown in it...the bread was so soaked it fell apart all soggy like it was dunked in it..needless to say i dont fancy soaking wet bread so it was like $20 to pick out the meat and feed it to my dog... and wash my oily hands and counter off afterwards.. it comes wrapped in wax paper... the wax paper was soaked....Im surprised it made it in the bag without falling out... couple more mins of delivery it probably would have...now i smell like jimmy john sauce... too bad i lost my appitite :( FML

Jimmy John's delivery sucks. I called from LITERALLY ONE MILE AWAY in Hunting Woods, the nicest part around this area, halfway through order they tell me I have to to Ferndale store 1.9 miles away.. who then take my order only to call me back and say they don't deliver there and had to void my order...so basically Jimmy John's only delivers to line of sight? ridiculous

Last time I went in I caught the employee holding and cutting my pickle with no gloves on, and I had to point out she touched the pickle with bare hands before she offered to get a different one. This time I went in and ordered a #12 Turkey sub and got home to only find lettuce and Mayo on my sub. This location sucks

Why would one pay this much for a cold sandwich with nothing special on it? They can’t even heat it up for you and they don’t have mushrooms.
