Have ordered from Uber Eats & DoorDash multiple times and not received dessert items. I'm not sure if this is because they run out of dessert, or the staff forgets it (once I was offered a change for another type of dessert that wasn't even on the menu). When you complain to DD or UE they state that the orders match & the business does nothing to report that they did not complete an order in full. Kinda shady business practices, but the food is good so I will continue to order.

I ordered chicken and waffles. There was 3 tiny, and I mean TINY, pieces of chicken on a waffle. Like we’re talking a Buffalo Wild Wings small chicken wing. I will hand it to them, it technically did have chicken AND waffles, but it was the saddest looking meal I’ve ever had.

The waffle slapped though.

I placed a phone order for 2 salads; got there to pick them up and was told they have no croutons. The girl at the register was very sweet and apologized. The cook told her nope were out. So I asked for more chicken, it was just lettuce and chicken. Reluctantly he gave more chicken. My Greek salad was thrown together, hardly any lettuce or feta. The conditions of this restaurant is utterly bothersome. The floors are covered in food, straws, dirt, slippery, bathroom doors are filthy dirty. The windows in the back are so full of dirty and grim. The bathrooms reek of sewage. There was a mop bucket on the edge of a table right next to the only customer dining in. It’s embarrassing and disturbing how this restaurant is in business in downtown Royal oak. The kitchen is wide open for customers to see their filth, sick! I am counting down the days until this place is shut down ✌🏻

Food was great, and it came out quick. Service was also phenomenal! Only thing stopping me from giving them 5 stars is how cold it is. Theres literally no heat. I went to use the bathroom and the faucet had ice coming out, as well as the urinal. Everything was phenomenal except that. I had to give my fiance my coat and freeze like a man because she was so cold she was shivering. Seriously, figure out the heat guys, its winter in michigan

The staff was rude!!! Messed up my food.. like no meat messed up!! And hung up when I attempted to fix it!! would not answer the phone being a 24 hours spot... to me this is a no go!!! I'd never go back!!

I used to live in Michigan and I’ve moved out of state. Leo’s Coney Island used to be good. I went into the Royal Oak location, and I first of all cannot believe that I even ate there the place was so disgustingly dirty.

The tables were sticky. The floors were black with dirt. Don’t even get me started in the restrooms. I pray to God I don’t get sick after eating there.

I highly recommend you do not go to this location

The morning girls are amazing! Great service

2 slivers of corned beef bogo. They just split the meat of one sandwich.None of my requested condiments. I ordered a high priced cheesecake, got a half of a half of slice of apple pie. Oh and the chilli was burnt and cold on the chili cheese fries.

Tried to call multiple times, they just hung up on me.

The Delivery Guy was great.

Terrible place I don't recommend
