Last time I went there they just didnât make my order and wouldnât refund me. Had to go again 6 months later thinking it would be better and they made my bread this time but it was raw. This place should be condemned donât eat here unless you want food poisoning

Every time I come to this place, there is an issue. One of the few times I've been at this store, I ordered $37 worth of food, and they every time have told me we don't have change for 50... But lately, even worse, the pizza is pure sauce/slop. Today I ordered 2 hot and ready's and bread and had to wait 15 minutes. Just to have yet again another soggy pizza. đĄ

It's come to my attention that they still have a guy working while he still has Covid or the symptoms of Covid he's been coughing at times and with that being said he can possibly get the customers sick or his staff or whoever comes in contact with him, this person seems to be really cool and lot's of positive energy from the looks of it looks like he enjoys work but my only problem is him working while he's still sick or recovering from Covid him and I chat when he's working simply because this person brings out the best for Little Caesars but I just wish he would stay home till he's 100% Covid free

Ordered online, pizza was ready a few minutes late but thats not where the problem was. The email I received advised to look at the pickup station for my name and then punch in a code and the door would open so I could take my order (paid in advance online). After 20 additional minutes if waiting I asked the person at the cash register who then walked into the kitchen area and retrieved my order. Others had come in, ordered and were served before i ever got my now cold food. Unacceptable. Hint hint, upon speaking to another customer I was told that if I don't tip in advance for my order when I make it I can assume a 20 to 30 minute late order....nice.
I'm definitely pleased with this location from Little Caesars the staff are really kind and helpful and friendly, they have a decent size of options to order the store is always clean and when I see the employees work as a team together it means a lot, if you want great food or pizza this is the perfect location to pick up your pizza
Hot and wait is more like it. Every single time I went in to get a "hot and ready" I was told to wait 20 mins. Like the last four times and each time I walk out buying nothing. I went to the 711 across the street at least they have pizza hot and ready

I donât understand what happened to this place. This used to be my regular Little Caesars and they were on top of it and friendly. Not every time I go the food is either messed up or just not done very well. The staff has all had horrible customer service.. they donât say a word to you. The floor mats are never laid out so when you come in with snow all over yourself be careful you donât slip. Just very sad to see it go downhill so much.

I ordered on the ap. Came in to pick up in the time frame it said to. I was told when I arrived that they were working on it. I waited in the store, along with other people also waiting for their orders that were supposed to be ready. I waited about 15 minutes after the pick up time. Which I was raising no issues about. But tell me why when they called me up and started gathering the items in my order that every, single item was COLD. Why was I waiting? Lol. I donât get it. And one crazy bread pack I had to throw away bc it was so hard. Disappointing. This location used to be great. :( Never again.
