Currently waiting in my car for the order I put in at 5pm to pick up at 6pm and per the app it wasn't in the oven until 6:21. It's not particularly busy but this is normal for this location. Best to just avoid all together.

This place and almost all Little Caesars in the northern Detroit Area are disasters. Way understaffed. Never anything Hot-n-Ready. Even ordering takes 30 minutes. Stop jacking us around at your sports arena and learn how to hold your franchise accountable.

I only go here because I live 5 min or so away, but it is ALWAYS understaffed, no one is ever uo front at the register and orders are ALWAYS 30 min or longer than the time it says
***once again, this freaking location takes over an hour for a slices and sticks order. Placed online and received TWO emails saying it was ready. I walked to the store, waited 20 min before anyone came up front and they told me it was still being worked on. I understand this location is understaffed, but this is absolutely ridiculous and an abomination.

Nobody there working has any urgency and you have to asked to be seen. They constantly lose orders, don’t have any options to make it up to you and never have any stock of pizzas ready to go. Just super inconvenient for what is supposed to be a convenient pizza shop.

this place needs to be investigated. i walked in the store. poster is on the ground, no drinks in the fridge, no sauces out, gift cards on the ground, behind the counter looks like a tornado. visible dirty/ mold floors

This is the second time they have clearly looked over an order but when I pay 5$ more for a 3 meat treat id like that I receive that . N not a normal pepperoni. You guys kinda lucky I cant post my picture in this review . I wont be back fooled me twice ill drive the extra few miles to at least have my order correct

Staff is friendly enough, but orders are consistently 20+ minutes behind when promised. Online order, in store order- it doesn’t matter. This has been an ongoing issue for a long time. Avoid at all costs until something has changed.

Terrible service, terrible wait time, the people working there clearly do not care. Ordered ONE pizza midweek at 2pm and waited in the lobby until after 3pm. The pizza was disgusting, did not taste fresh, not sure if the ingredients are old or what, it was a mess. There were SEVERAL people standing in the lobby, all waiting over 50 minutes for small orders. I would understand dinner time or a weekend, but this was in the early afternoon on a weekday! Absolutely terrible, not sure how management is allowing this.

After 2 awful experiences with the Campbell location, you’d think I’d have learned my lesson. This location is the absolute worst food establishment I’ve ever been to. The “hot and readys” are never ready, and sometimes not even hot! The employees make it worse, with many of them lingering around in the lobby, cussing, and waiting on their “ride”. While I completely understand and empathize that most employees are high schoolers, there never seems to be a manager or someone in authority there. The customer service is god awful, even at a high school level. I usually spring for Green Lantern on Rochester rd, but sometimes you want something quick and cheap, guess I’ll be sticking with them from now on.

The food was very great. The issue is the service. It’s horrible! I called in my order at least 25 minutes before I made it there & I still had to wait at least 15 minutes in the store. I don’t mind waiting though, the issue is the lack of urgency they have. No greeting when you walk in, no apologies for the wait times. Just nothing.
