Yeah, had to wait over 30 minutes for a hot and ready and after I got my pizza, the people behind me that want to order immediately told the customer that they had to wait an hour, which is just ridiculous. At that point, you can go to a pizza restaurant order food, eat it and leave that within that time. Some employees also seemed pretty out of it. showing signs of under the influence.

Place is trash. Literally stranding in the lobby with 4 other people for almost 10 minutes, not one person has been greeted or spoken to as of the time of writing. Just hear rummaging in the back. One guy left already. They don’t use the portals at all. At what point is a $10 meal just not worth wasting 20 minutes or more waiting. If they don’t have staff, they have to close. Can’t have one person in here at lunch trying to run an entire restaurant. I would have quit a long time ago.

This was a solid place. poor management and not enough workers. It is always a crap shoot if we will be able to get a pizza in less than 30 mins from 5pm-8pm.
The store needs to be deep cleaned dirt clog vents, disgusting floors. Look at the new registers dirty. This place has so much potential just needs some care.

Pizza was fine, but after placing an order for pickup over an hour in advance. It wasn’t out into the oven until after the pickup time. The lobby was full of other people waiting for their delayed pizzas as well.

As sad as it is, this location should be shut down, to begin first off, my order for a pizza and bread took 1hour and 10 mins. No customs, just pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. SECOND, the windows have face prints, finger prints, there’s no rugs in the lobby to wipe your shoes, there’s car oil and coolant scattered across the parking lot, people walk in and leave, no one greets anybody. They walk up all annoyed and angry at US, paying customers??? Get a whole new staff and management. Or just shut this disgusting establishment down.

This is my local little C’s chain. Today (2/28/26) @ 5 PM - 6 PM, the staff not only handled the rush well, but also provided great customer service and teamwork to get people in and out as fast as possible! Pizza and cheese bread was also on point as well! 5 star experience please give the workers some kudos and a potential raise. The location is the only one around so they’re very busy a lot of the time. Give them some grace and have a little patience 🙏🏽

The worst pizza place in Royal Oak, the place is dirty and disgusting the General Manager is beyond rude to her employees and customers she has the worst attitude ever you order in advance and your food still isn't ready and when you ask where you're food is they still say it's not ready well duh I definitely know that you're food will be cold when you pick it up I really feel bad for the employees that actually work there there's a few of them that works hard then when we come in to order once again the open sign is off when you bring it up to the manager she's like yeah I know so what this is the general manager that tells us that what a really horrible person she is if I was her boss I'd fire her on the spot because people like her don't deserve to work in a place like that just a horrible pizza place ever

Its astonishing how terrible this location is. Ive spoken with a few folks that work at little caesars corporation and they've even admitted this location is the worst around yet nothing ever changes.
It's bad enough they hardly have Hot N Readys but even worst when you have to stand there for 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge you and let you know youve just wasted your time waiting on them!
Would recommend driving a few extra miles for a better location!

I just got home after picking up my order to see they did not bother to make the order correctly. I only ordered 3 of the half detroit pizza half Italian bread sticks. They did not bother to put ANY seasoning on the bread sticks, not a single order of the three. I could understand a mistake if one order was missed on accident but very clearly they could not be bothered.
