Ordered 2 mc doubles, both were not edible, completely soaked in grease. It was like they dropped them into the fryer. Like not just the meat, the bun, condiments, everything!!!!! Grease just pouring out.

I mean no disrespect here, but how hard is it to have somebody marginally friendly at the pick-up window on a consistent basis? It's 50/50 on whether or not I get one of the young guys at the window who either hates his job or hates the customers, I can't be sure which. I don't need it though at 8:00 - 9:00 in the morning.... if they don't have a friendly demeanor, they belong somewhere else!!!

It's McDonald's - so you know you're not getting gourmet.. But when you have kids and you're in a time crunch (CONSTANTLY! Lol!) sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do! What makes me want to review this location publicly is the service.. I'm very impressed when I feel like the employees actually CARE and put in an effort to be friendly and helpful - and this location is tops to me for this reason. I've been here more times than I'd like to admit (my "healthy eating" rule goes out the window and my kids love it!) but I've never had a bad experience here! The employees are*consistently* friendly and *always* smile and our order is almost always 100% correct! So thank you to the management for treating your employees well so that they can treat your customers well!

The Google hours said they open at 6:00am. I pulled up to the drive through ordering location at 6:45. The vehicle before me pulled away and drove off. I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes and no one attempted to take my order. As I drove away, I could see employees inside. I guess they don't take orders until 7 am.

No sweet and sour sauce, forgot my drinks, thats ridiculous. I ordered a happy meal and a nugget meal. Hello!! Drinks come with a meal. Then walk inside and the pop machine is half out of the options offered.Why is the machine ever “out”? Definitely wasn’t down for cleaning, just let syrup run out.McDonald’s app is the only way I’ll interact with McDonald’s these days and it’s much impacted the service….(hardly ever mistakes now). Huge improvement. Also the prices are much better than just ordering.This location still manages to blow it. I’ve been to well managed, well run McDonald’s and they’re clean, busy and on top of it all.
