The food was awful! I asked for my meal to be cooked to order and not only was it NOT cooked to order, it was a sloppy mess! (See the photo!) It was quite shameful! I would have been embarrassed to serve a customer that mess!

Came to drive thru for lunch. I was rushed through my entire order. I can’t recount how many times I was asked “anything else?”. When I got to the window I was asked if the order recited was my order. I said yes. The attendant at the window tried to pull back on the card reader twice while I was paying. I do understand “fast food” I can never understand flat out rushed poor service. Food was fresh and hot.

Terrible customer service. Employee act like kids, I pulled up and was asked 7 times “can I help you” after I said to hold on each time…. Was trying to look at the menu & was told to pull up out of line, passing the windows seen the big ass adult kids laughing & starring. There was also no other cars in line & I only been in the line for maybe 1 minute .

I only went to grab a coffee. The coffee was good. Only 4 stars because no one spoke to me! Not even once! Even after I said hello to the clerk. She was apparently listening to her earbuds, and completely ignored me.
They are very courteous, but they always get my food wrong and I'm home before I notice because I don't want to hold up the line , that's gonna change...

Customized a value meal, but the crew mistakenly applied the customization to the whole order. We discovered this 3 miles down the road and called the restaurant for correction. The manager insisted we return the food before offering a correction to the order in the future. We could not return to comply with such a requirement. This contrasts to previous errors by other McDonalds which provided a credit for a future order. This McDonald's does provide quick services given the crowds using it.
Vegetarian options: Need to customize selections to provide vegetarian options.
