This McDonald’s location has very rude people. We asked the person if the McFlurry is mixed, we asked five times before I had to spell it out for her to understand after she heard our question, we were talking louder because we thought she cannot hear us cause she kept asking me to repeat myself The rude person said can you stop yelling?

Ask for a spicy chicken wrap, got a plain wrap, after a couple of bites I realized it was not the sandwich I order . Went up to the manger to get the right order I was told I could not get the right order because I had eaten some of the sandwich, I had to call the main office, they took care of the problem, I had to go back to get the right order , not to happy!!

They came to the speaker asked me what I would like, left as I was reading my order then turned around and did the same thing again when another person got on the speaker. They kept doing this to the point where the right lane was continuously moving while our lane was paused. Very unprofessional and irritating.

Unfortunately my stomach is still hurting days later, I threw it up the next day, the fries were hot and fresh, but I question the meat, my body is sensitive to foreign substances, No I will not be eating any meat from McDonald's again. Lesson learned.

Very fast and hot food, surprisingly one of the best mickey d's I have been too. the staff friendly and repeat's orders threw the drive window.
Suppose to be open and nothing. For this location to be in royal oak, it should doesn't seem like it.This place seems like it should be on east jefferson in the ghetto. It truly shows what type of business this locstion is operating.

The food was awful! I asked for my meal to be cooked to order and not only was it NOT cooked to order, it was a sloppy mess! (See the photo!) It was quite shameful! I would have been embarrassed to serve a customer that mess!
