I received a smashed, cold, regular hamburger without the extra onions I requested. I ordered a regular coke and received a Diet Coke. When I got to the delivery window, the worker opened the window just enough to stick my food out with his hand without showing his face.There was not a napkin, a thank you for ordering and no interaction, just an arm out the window. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with this McDonalds. I will not return and will go out of my way to get better food and service from another McDonald’s. There is a wonderful woman who delivers the food during the week and unfortunately the weekend help is not the same.

If i could rate this 0 stars i would this location needs to be shut down or new management atleast. Bathroom was horrible had what looked like either human or a large animal feces on the ground . Food tasted raw and when speaking to management they didn’t care .this place needs a visit from the health inspector.

Updated review 9/17/25: I've come back to this location a couple of times since my original review and they're clearly making an effort to be cleaner and nicer. The tables aren't sticky anymore. Chairs look like they get wiped down regularly. Floors look regularly mopped and no longer sticky. Food remains fresh and service is decent. Easier to get someone at the register now.
Original review: It's okay. The food is usually pretty fresh and accurate. The interior of the restaurant is a bit lackluster though. It looks and feels dirty. There's hardly anyone around to help if you want to put your order in with a person and if you manage to get a person they're less than nice. The person who seems like they're the manager or owner is the worst about it. The other employees are usually nice enough just busy. The manager acts like he has no time or patience for you.

Honestly they make mediocre McDonald's food. There's no pride in their work, and you can see it in the food they make, and speed of service. If I go up North the buns aren't smash, the food tastes fresh but anywhere around Detroit McDonald's is kind of awful.

Went to leave them a “meh” review and had to actually reduce my old one down to 1 star. Today I got a cold, smashed together DQP from this place. It was disgusting. The quality at this location is really poor, it’s like they’re letting food get cold/not making it fresh or something? I don’t know, but our entire order was cold and sloppy despite waiting a while and no line of cars. On top of that, the guy taking orders at the drive through did not speak much english and was mostly playing on his phone while we interacted with him. Just a rough McDonalds location overall.

Um well.. usually I come here and don’t have any issues but today there was a green spot on my sandwich bun. Pretty sure it’s mold idk what else it would be. Didn’t even bother going to fix it, just threw it away overall disgusting.
