Went at 5:10am. And they told me there closed. But it says they open at 5am on google. They could have told me to hold on they need a minute. But instead im closed.

Poor management, asked for management which is Ava. I waited 7 minutes and then left because she couldn't hear my complaint. My complaint not being acknowledged and waiting several minutes for my food. Send Ava back to management class, she failed

Well we ordered the new Big Mac chicken sandwich.. the chicken was so crispy that it was hard to chew! Initially we enjoyed the Deluxe spicy crispy chicken sandwiches here, but lately, they don’t put enough of the spices and the sandwich is relatively dry and the chicken not crispy enough..it tastes bland ?

Decided to get a happy meal tonight. They got the order wrong and I had to park and go in to get the missing drinks.
Nuggets were soggy and fries were mushy and luke warm.
At 1am it became a very unhappy meal as food poisoning set in and the person who ate it threw up twice. 🤮
Won't be going back ever, recommend folks drive a little further to a different location that practices food safety standards.

This is Jan 2025. I ordered Pokemon Happy Meal, only to receive leftover Sonic 2 cards from 2022.
This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. I had to specifically ask for the Pokémon cards before, but at least I got them. Today, though, they’re saying they’ve really run out.
In this case, just be upfront telling customers you are out of Pokemon cards, and let them decide whether to cancel the order. How hard is that?
Elementary school kids learn integrity, but apparently whoever runs this McDonalds seem to have forgotten that.
