Waited 16 minutes in the dining room for 1 cheeseburger and a pie. Unreal. Place is the slowest McDonalds I've ever been at.

January 6th update; so the girl at the drive-thru didn't even say anything to me when she opened the window just stuck her hand out came to get my food from the other window and not a peep out of the other employee.... You really should watch your employees being on their phones while they're taking orders as we have seen many credit cards be stolen across the country over McDonald's employees live streaming the credit card as soon as they swipe it not saying that you are doing it here but if I notice any charges I will be sure to reach out
Update: I just visited the restaurant at around 9:05 and first of all the person working the drive-thru window barely even was understandable because she was speaking so softly or talking to somebody else?
The older black lady at the pickup window gave me barely any fries and they were cold !! I live down the street and opened the bag To find them not even warm?!!! I'm guessing that goes along with the laziness I was picking up from her demeanor...
top it off the McChicken I ordered for some reason had a piece of onion in it! Get it together or I'll go to a franchise location you do not own. Never had issues at this location or your 13 miles location. This is the type of service that turns people away from your restaurant and back to cooking a better quality sirloin burger themselves.. go to robots if your day shift is good and turn them on at night! The nuggets boxs were not even closed either ! Like how lazy can you get just close at 9 if this is the service your giving!

I never expect much from fast food places, in fact, I actually expect the food to be messed up or somehow crappy. My McDoubles, fries, and nuggets were absolutely perfect today I’ve never had fast food this good in years and the workers were actually polite so I had to write a review. Good job guys I appreciated it.

This location was closed an hour early due to lack of competence. Very disappointed.
I placed a mobile order today for breakfast at 10:12am, and arrived at the store at 10:18 am and selected the "I'm already here option", which is supposed to be when they start making the order. I sat in the drive-thru line waiting for 10-minutes and didn't reach the speaker until 10:29am. Once I reached the speaker, my order could have still been accepted, but the Employee on the mic put on a song-and-dance to intentionally delay things so that he didn't have to take the mobile order code once the clock hit 10:30am.
Pretty big failure on both McDonalds corporate and the local store. Failure on corporate for designing the app in an illogical way. If the "I'm already here" button doesn't do anything, what is even the point?
Even bigger failure on the local store for employing an incompetent disrespectful employee. Outside of the employee intentionally delaying things, they did not offer any form of apology or recourse and started calling me nicknames. I guess I shouldn't expect much from an adult who's a McDonalds employee tho, dudes probably a loser addict whos highlight of the day is messing with people in the drive-thru.

Visited today at 1:30pm. This is literally the best McDonalds I’ve ever had and I’ve been on this planet for a long time. Had a Quarter Pounder meal. Burger was juicy and hot—fries were salty and hot—and the sprite was delicious. I’ve never reviewed a fast food restaurant before but thought this place should know.

Closed at 11:00 pm on a Sunday when they say they’re open

as someone who’s been coming here for years, i’m never stepping foot in here again. two times in a row my food was as stale as a rock i couldn’t even bite into it, and it smelt rancid. the fries tasted like cleaning chemicals. I tried to give them another shot, asked for a double cheeseburger with no onion, to which they put onion INBETWEEN the patties. i’ve never had this happen it felt personal. whatever’s going on there now is ridiculous. they aren’t keeping or making the food properly. this is a hazard.
