The ambience was cool, waitress was cool but what wasn't cool was charging $5.75 for a fountain drink....seriously? Also, the taco meat in their 2 lb taco was very bland, no flavor and the lettuce tasted like it was washed with hose water.
The food was delicious! My friend and I had the Tijuana Trio, chicken tortilla soup and Carne Asada Fries. She had Birria Tacos, and I had the Taco flight (Street Tacos, Tocos Alambre, and Birria Tacos). Not one thing was bad. Our server was great and very friendly! Will definitely be back!
We came in for the Santa's Treehouse experience. It was so fun! The decorations from sidewalk to table were very festive! The food was great and the menu had lots of options. Especially for NA beverages as well. Our server was very pleasant and efficient. We had a great time!
Santa's Treehouse was super cute and the holiday drinks were really good. But getting water let a lone our drinks took a long time. Our server seemed very uninterested in serving. Very little attention given to our table. I ordered the crunchster burrito with chicken inside. Let's just say there was barely any chicken and the pieces that were in there were the size of cat kibble. There was mostly beans and warm soggy lettuce. The flavor aside from the lettuce was good. My husbands tacos were very good. He got the street , chicken and shrimp. Definitely would order again. I would give it another try before putting it on my “do not go again list.” But for my first experience I wasn't overwhelmed with a great experience.
Wanted to try a new place so we came here. The atmosphere was nice but the food was just mediocre. I love chicken tortilla soup and when I saw they had it on the menu, I jumped at the chance. Honestly it was not that good and a little overly salty for me. I haven't had amazing chicken tortilla soup since I was at Mexico Village in Downtown Detroit's Mexican Town!! The Lobster Baja Tacos were good with the lobster being perfectly cooked and the Carne Asada Fries were good as well. Overall, nothing too fancy just a different atmosphere.
Great decor/ staff were all pleasant. The good tasted amazing- will definitely visit again .
Food great but the service was really slow. The waitress never even came back to our table to see if we needed refills on our drinks.
We went to Mesa for their Christmas pop up prior to our dinner reservation. We were seated up stairs, they have a full Christmas vibe in there. We didn't have food there only snacks. We got the trio that came with guac, salsa, and queso. The queso was really good, the salsa was just okay, and the guac was very like forward but wasn't bad. My drink was really good, I had a Mezcal Pomegranate margarita. Our server Zena was super nice and accommodating. Unfortunately I didn't have enough food to give a rating but what I had was okay and the drink was really good! The Christmas decor was fabulous.
It was our first time here and it was a very good experience. Our waitress was great sndvthe food was delicious.
I was hoping to get some really good Mexican food and we all were so disappointed. Had the Asada Fries, lobster tacos, and asada tacos. Had to send a drink back because it tasted like medicine. The service was slow but they were really packed so I can understand.

My major complaint is that I made reservations thinking that I would be seated in Santa's treehouse, but we were downstairs. I was not completely satisfied because I thought the reservation meant that I would be seated in that area. I don't believe it stated that it would be a first come first serve situation. We selected Mesa for that specific reason.
I made a reservation for the pop up from the link on Facebook but the hostess said on check in that my reservation didn't matter for the pop up because they don't do reservations for it and I had to wait a lot longer if I wanted to for the pop up.
We had a terrible time but the food was enjoyable. The manager was rude after we had a bad experience and treated us like we had don't something wrong. The server left us at the table for chunks of time waiting for items and then started to drop things off quickly to not have to speak to us. My children waiting 15 minutes after eating for shakes. Just sitting there with no communication. They did not try to make the experience better and they did not value our business after my family spent almost $200!!! From the moment we walked in the door it was awful service. I remained calm because my children were there. You all should be ashamed of yourselves
Our server he was good but everything took a while to come out and the table next to us was soooo loud and cursing sooo loud we really couldn't enjoy the conversation amongst ourselves. But overall food was good and our server he was very nice and polite.
Took 20 min for drinks and was not correct. Food not very warm. Over charged for drinks and server did not correct stating it was our fault when we ordered. First and last time here.
