I eat here every chance that I can get! The bowl is phenomenal and the service is lovely! I speak with the owner every time I go in there and she is so down to earth and amazing! They are not stingy when it comes to filling your bowl up! Their ingredients are always fresh and the bowls are made with love! I highly recommend this place🤍🤍🤍🤍

I had a sample of the Paddle Bowl at Arts Beats and Eats and it was so very good and just the right size. I went in today to get one, and well, they are quite expensive, and even the smallest is just way too big. I looked at the nutrition info and the carbs and sugars (no added sugar I think but still) are through the roof. I wish they had the sample size in the store. Though this is healthy don't kid yourself..it's totally dessert.

I am obsessed with Nautical Bowls. As someone who eats entirely gluten free and is always trying to eat healthy. This place is my go-to. Amazing bowls I love the paddle bowl. Love that Nautical Bowls is an entirely gluten free space, so I never have to worry about cross contamination. Highly recommend!

Neat place for a different experience. They sell different flavored "bases" which are like frozen fruit. These are not low in sugar, or calories. So, it's kinda touted as a healthy choice, maybe because there's fruit but not really if you're watching sugar and carbs. Neat concept though outside of ice cream. We don't have these where I live so it was a cute change. We got two different options with no add ons and it totalled out at 28.00. Steep.

I love Nautical Bowls! It’s such a nice alternative to smoothies when you want a quick, yummy meal-to-go. It’s like having an ice cream sundae…but healthy! Great service here, too!

This place was amazing. I had açaí bowl For the first time and it was amazing. It was absolutely amazing, especially with the coconut. I would definitely go back for this bowl. It was absolutely amazing. The owner was there and was very pleasant knowledgeable and was able to help me with everything that I needed, but definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Just wish they opened at a reasonable time for breakfast (i.e., 7-8a). Seems like they’re closed during the busiest hours of the day!
