Never mind, the fact that they skipped on the portions when I'm already paying for extra protein nobody was behind the counter when I walked in then magically three people just popped up out of nowhere so what were they doing. And on top of everything it's really annoying when I'm already a half hour away from home I go extra 15 minutes away just to go to this one. It's in a nice neighborhood. The food's really good. I'm still feeling good despite the lack of urgency with the service I get in my car get going and figure out they didn't give me the one thing you need to eat the damn food that they sell. How do you forget to give somebody a fork I know that sounds petty, but my goodness And then the two cookies that I ordered one is sitting smooshed on the bottom or the side of the food and the bag and the other ones getting cooked on top with nothing in between so my cookie got super hot and then because I eat the food first the cookie got super hard after because they serve their food piping hot. I don't know it was just a weird interaction, but that's what you get when you have kids who are barely young adults working behind the counter.
Wheelchair accessibility: Don't worry it's street level so it is wheelchair accessible, but the door isn't automatic. You have to open it yourself.

I haven't had Noodles and company in probably 10 years and I was suprised at how bad it is now compared to how it used to be. I used to go to this location all the time, it was always good comfort food. I ordered a small buttered noodles, this was usually more than big enough for me, but now, there couldn't have been more than 15 or 20 noodles on the tiny plate. I ordered the parmesean crusted chicken with it, and there was more chicken than noodles. That's not a good thing though, the chicken was more breading than chicken. McDonald's has better chicken. The noodles tasted OK, there just wasn't enough of them. It was like $13 for this, unbelievable. When the girl brought it out she dropped it on my table, said here it is, and walked away.

I walked in at 11:45 am. Waited a few minutes; no one’s manning the cash register. I finally went somewhere else; there are plenty of other restaurants in the area that will actually take my order / let me pay them.

This is the best run Noodles and Company I’ve ever been in. The staff is incredibly pleasant and accommodating.
I’ve had a couple of specifications I’ve needed to make for orders and they’re always done perfectly. Also, they make the orders with care. My Med Salad is significantly better there than at other locations.

I ordered food later in the night, the employees put no broth in my soup, and left out items I ordered. Terrible experience. Food was also cold. I get that it’s 45m to close, but the soup seemed intentional. Thanks for my chicken noodle not soup.

Very unhappy. Almost slipped when I walked through the door because the floor was slippery and there was no hazard or warning signs. I almost broke my neck. when I went to let the workers know they should clean it up or put a sign, neither acknowledged me and continued to play on their phones. I see things like this at work due to slip and fall cases everyday because of irresponsibility like this. had I been an elder or child, I wouldn’t have been able to catch myself the way I did. My safety was not a concern and nobody at this establishment asked if I were okay or assured they would resolve the slippery floor so nobody else gets hurt. would not recommend.
