Págos Ice Cream Rolls and Bubble Tea

The owners are gracious and the enviroment is so cozy. I went here just now before I had to rush to a concert. The Oreo Free Tonight is sooo good and the portions are plenty. Sadly, I couldn't finish it all because it was too much. I wish they had smaller sizes, so I didn't have to waste anymore. I will come here again! ?

I went for my first time today. Upon ordering, I was asked if I wanted any “extras”. I declined. I get home only to find out there’s no boba in my tea! Since when did the tapioca balls become “extras”! It’s called bubble tea. The tea is excellent but I’m left rather disappointed. Please clarify with your patrons that you are the only bubble tea restaurant that has boba as extra.

Service and food was good, the only thing I guess I could complain about is that I'd asked for a mango drink with strawberry popping boba, and instead got tapioca boba. Which was fine and all. It was an easy mistake so I let them know and they took it back to fix it. However, after I got it back, my drink still had some tapioca boba in it?? I didn't care much but it did make me a bit iffy, I mean if you're just gonna open my drink back up you could at least completely take out the mistake. Regardless, everything else was good! I would come here again, I just hope stuff like that wouldn't happen again.

This was my first time trying rolled ice cream. It was awesome. I watched the guys making the ice cream. I got the s'mores flavor and it was delicious.

Me and my friends were really craving rolled ice cream and we’ve all had Págos before and it was amazing. We ended up deciding to go last night at 8:30 PM. We know they close at 9 am on Wednesday’s. We specifically searched up there hours and they said they were open. However we got there and they were definitely not open. I know places close early but not at 30 minutes early… We were very upset. My photo shows what time I took it and what day AND there hours operation which clearly states 9 AM…
