I always get the Honey Sesame Chicken with fried rice and super greens. The chicken is always great. The fried rice is good and the super greens have a delicious flavor. My only complaint is they don't always put soy sauce in the bag when I do delivery.

I absolutely love the Royal Oak location. The staff is much nicer than the one closest to me, so when I have things going on on that side of town this is our go-to. The food is fresh and very tasty. Will definitely return.

Went to Panda Express at 8:03pm (they close at 8:30pm). The inside was locked. No acknowledgment from the worker in the dining to go to drive through even tho she was right there. Went to the drive through and waited 15 minutes with just 2 cars ahead of me. The line did not move so we left. That was possible one of my worst experience at Panda Express. Not sure if the inside closes 30 mins before the closing but there was other customers inside. I probably won’t be back.

They told us our food was ready only to make us stand there for 20 minutes while they made it because they actually hadn't even started it. Food tasted good but was packaged poorly.

It's really a shame that I have to write this review. The food is good, especially for the price, but we have yet to receive a complete order. Despite placing pretty much the same order time after time, there is always something missing or wrong every time. Sometimes the extra order of noodles, this time the it was the egg rolls. Unfortunately this has occurred at the this location and the one on Rochester Rd in Troy. The numerous miscues from each place has forced a decision for a return to the local mom and pop Chinese food restaurants in our area.

It's what one expects from Panda Express. Today, they were out of a lot. Quality is always good though. Can we all agree to just call it Pand-ex though? Panda Express is a lot to say. Easier to just say, "let's hit up the Pandex for some OC," which is OBVIOUSLY Orange Chicken, y'all.Update, four years later in the Panda Express is still pretty freaking awesome. The drive-through is always convenient and the services always pretty fast here. Be careful if you order a large soft drink it is really large! If it’s in the cupholder, but barely and it is like a gallon and a half of liquid. OK I’m exaggerating but it’s got to be at least 64 ounces , that’s a half gallon right? It’s huge that’s all I’m telling you. Since I left my review last time four years ago, the app has improved a lot and it’s very convenient to order through it now. During the pandemic at peak times the drive-through is crazy long but that’s because everybody had to get takeout. Now the drive-through is awesome so don’t let any experience from about two years ago deter you.Vegetarian options: You can definitely get vegetarian options here.Dietary restrictions: This is one of those places that you should probably ask if you have a restriction just to make sure that you aren’t going to get something that you can’t have. Being a chain place I imagine nutritional information is available.Parking: There is plenty of parking here. The front lot is not that big just about two rows and it can get crowded but just drive around the back and park in the giant parking parking lot outback and you’ll be able to park very close to the rear entrance which is also convenient.Kid-friendliness: The kids, they love the Panda Express. It’s kind of obvious, don’t you think?Wheelchair accessibility: No problem whatsoever if you are in a wheelchair at the panda express.
