Avoid at all costs, got food poisoning. Went here at the end of April. It was a nice day so we sat on the roof top. We could barely hear each other due to loud music from the restaurant and near by bar. I ordered the rigatoni boscaiola. I got the worse food poisoning I've ever had from it. This place has gone down hill, I won’t be back.

Not a fan. Luigi's around the corner is much better.
When this place first opened up, food was amazing! Went back recently and was extremely disappointed. Pasta dishes downgraded, had to bring it home and recook, re-season it myself.
Excellent food and service. On the day we went, all signage had been removed, making it difficult to find if you hadn’t been there before. If this is not yet fixed, recommend doing so, b/c they could be missing customers.
Food was fine. Service not good, multiple glasses and dishes broke, servers were dropping knives left and right around people with no care, inconsistent service, server didn’t care and not friendly, won’t be back

I live at Lincoln and Helene and I could hear their Thursday night music all the way from my house!! Too loud! It was almost MIDNIGHT on a school night!

Look , I live in the downtown so I’m no stranger to loud music on a Friday or Saturday or during the holiday. But this place decided to get a live DJ and put them on the open roof and DJ on a SUNDAY. Absolutely disrespectfully loud, way too late, especially for a Sunday. If they want to act like Fifth Avenue I will treat them like as such, and never patronize them.
Then, at 11pm on a Thursday, Arabian themed night kicked off. From our house it’s 80 decibels. Absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful to the surrounding neighborhoods.

Way too loud. They play music until after midnight on any given day of the week.
We own 3 properties at a nearby condo and all our tenants complained. We drove by and could hear them when we were miles away.

Unbelievably loud, disrespectfully so. BLASTING MUSIC from 11PM to 1AM on a Thursday night.

Plays music too loud, late at night. Causing noise pollution through out the area
Where to start. Overall a bad experience. Restaurant was basically dead and our food took 2 hours. On top of that the pasta was mushy / over cooked, cold, and bland. There are much better options in royal oak. If you are wanting pizza and good drinks go to Bigalora down the street and if you want better pasta go to pops in Ferndale.

Great atmosphere, very friendly wait staff, good pastas and chicken dishes but very overpriced on the halibut dinner, not worth $47 and the drinks are also overpriced.
I called to question the halibut price and was told the waitress sets the price and today it could be $50. Wow, surprised, never heard of that happening . Buyer beware
