Employees were pretty rude. Full on attitudes aimed at those who are just trying to order lunch.. probably won’t be returning for a while.

This was probably the worst experience I had a sandwich shop. First off, the girl working at the front needs to be fired. She was full on throwing the subs on the counter like she’s tossing away garbage. I watched her finish making the subs and throwing them on the counter behind her as if it’s not people’s food, messing up the whole sub. I ordered online and specified no mushrooms on my sub. I open up my sub and she put (what looked like) every single mushroom they had available on my sub.i wax a mushroom sub at this point not even a veggie melt. There was barely any lettuce, barely any pickles, barely any of the add on veggies I had asked for. Last but not least, I was waiting at the front to ask for some sauce and she greeted me by “you need somethin?” No hello no nothing. This is unacceptable I couldn’t even eat my lunch. Absolutely unacceptable.

I asked for extra peppers on my sandwich. My sandwich was so full of extra oil it was disgusting and difficult to eat. The water cups are not what you consider water cups. When asked for a bigger cup and willing to pay if necessary, I was charged $2.29. Before paying I asked what was $2.29 and was told that was how much the cup was. The same price as a small drink. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!
Potbelly, we have accepted and tolerated the price hikes over the years well before TARIFFS having some toll on businesses but come on...charging this much for water cups has gone to far. Give the customer more than a free smile thats on your menu. How about a bigger water cup????
Maybe I'll just bring my own cup next time 🤣🤣

8-18-25, 4pm: Not the nicest staff. The girl who prepared the sandwich has such an attitude I am hesitant to talk to her. It's as if she doesn't want to be there. And if they screw up your order they won't remake it. Finally the food is barely eatable at this location.
Don't think I will go back.

I can see why this location has such low ratings after today’s experience. I don’t know what happened to this amazing establishment because I grew up going to this location. Worst service ever now!! The girls barely smile or speak back to you, they sit there on their phones and dismiss you. They want you to pay before you even add your toppings (odd). The sandwiches are sloppy. When you leave and kindly say goodbye, they don’t even say goodbye back to you. The cashier was disgustingly rude, I have no idea how or why she is working customer service. I definitely won’t be returning. Change your staff or you’ll continue losing loyal customers.

Absolutely brutal service. The girl that took my order seemed like she wanted to punch me in the face. Extremely rude and dismissive and could not handle the very simple task of adding toppings on a sandwich without throwing a fit. I’m seeing a lot of reviews about her…she needs to be fired or you’re going to continue to lose business. The fact that she has not been yet it’s pretty embarrassing. Just from a pure liability standpoint, I would do something about it soon before she acts out physically.

Every time I order fat free vinaigrette we get balsamic vinaigrette. It's not the same, very irritating. If you don't carry it don't have it as an option.

The service here is so bad. The girl in particular with the butterfly and 827 tattoos is so rude. Asking her for anything is met with total disdain. The staff seems miserable, her in particular. Definitely makes me not want to come back again

i checked the reviews before coming in because sometimes chains can be iffy and i wanted to see what people were saying about this location. the bad reviews here are all about the employees being rude but honestly everyone here was so laid back and chill and super nice while serving me.

so take these other reviews with a grain of salt because it’s usually negative people that take time to post negative reviews. 4 stars because service was great- food is mid, but i didn’t come in for 5-star food lol.

The girl working there is very rude, I didn’t finish saying what topping I wanted and she opened my sub back up and threw them back on it, the guy working was very nice and gave me a coupon but the way she handled it was uncalled for and she needs to be fired
