Was coming home from shopping and searched for nearest Qdoba and came up on this location. I have ordered from Qdoba FOR YEARS and I am thinking that might need to make some changes. This location was going to charge me extra when I asked for more than the smattering of chips the server had put in my bowl. Like, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? This 'nickle and diming', this inconsistency of practice between locations, this disregard for customer requests, etc., it is THE WORST. And then, to ask for a tip at the end?? Yeah, ok...I asked for a side of chicken and I got a little condiment container of chicken for almost $4 instead of the cup I get for $6.95. I. AM. DONE.

Burrito bowl: rice. Black beans. Shrimp. Queso. Lettuce followed by Guacamole in the end so part of it can stick the cover :(Now ask them to put the lettuce at the bottom-you're going to flip it anyway. How else would you eat this bowl?- suddenly it's now a salad and you pay 5$ more. Same ingredients. I am surprised no one has called them out on this.Plus other stores have nicer employees.

*clears throat*I have not been to a Qdoba in a minute. Many people compare them to to Chipotle and while it's similar, they have nothing on Chipotle.Anyway, my husband ordered lunch from here today and I remembered why I would never go back. The person who complained two days ago about the pick up order rack has a very valid complaint. Husband went in and there was nothing on the rack. Someone said 'you gotta pick up?' And then they assisted my husband. Again, WHY is this rack here, y'all? What is the convenience?Moving on... my husband ordered two veggie bowls. Goodness I am starving after eating that. I had to search around for the beans! The guac was also barely a blip on the map and TASTELESS. Oh and brown so it's either hours old or a day old. The bowl this food came in definitely overpowered what was in the bowl. The bowl was way too big. Too deep. Too wide. Too empty.There was SOME flavor in there. Maybe it was the two bell peppers. We'll never know. The green sauce in my bowl when was barely visible or spicy.Since I'm so hungry, I'm going to Chipotle since they always hit the spot. Save ya kids, ya wife, ya money and just go to Chipotle y'all.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie bowl. It won't fill ya up but it could be an appetizer.

Why do restaurants install the mobile order/pick up order shelves if they are not put in use I’m literally staring at the order I have to pick instead of it being on the rack and I have to wait for workers who do not have a sense of urgency and are finishing other customer orders ( I also hear a lot that workwrs well the orders are stolen when a worker directly tells me that it’s offensive because they have personally never seen me steal an order and even if they are that is none of the restaurants business the apps will replace the orders and I have heard numerous times when I try to people up a order someone smuggly says the order has already been pick up and that worker goes back to their business like it’s nothing else they can do

Everyone who worked here When I went today Was super nice! It's the Day After Christmas and no one had any sort of attitude and they were really sweet. Great food as always!

I wish I could leave negative stars; this place is absolutely disgusting; smelled like dirty mop water because someone splash a bucket of water on the floor instead of mopping and when I approached the counter to ask a question, they were touching food with their bare hands, ignoring me and rolling their eyes. They don’t ever have to worry about me coming back there; Chipotle would NEVA; do better ?

I drive out of my way specifically to go to this location. The staff go above and beyond, like making me laugh when I’ve had a bad day (shout out to Destiny and Lauren; they’re amazing!!!), and the food is always on point.
every time i've come to this location the staff is so friendly! tonight was no exception. Destiny was very helpful and kind in preparing my food. she was understanding about my food allergy and made sure there was no contact. the food is always delicious and the establishment is clean as well.
