The collabs Rays pulls off is 10/10. First the Franklin cider mill doughnut, working with cookie boys for their cookie/ice creams, and then add in the Girl Scout cookie szn - they nail it. Innovative and forward thinking! Excited to see what's to come.... The charming atmosphere feels like a true parlor. Also THE SCOOPS - massive. Need I say more!?

I absolutely adore Ray’s. The old fashioned parlor looks just like it would have looked in the eighties! And the ice cream is absolutely amazing, I have never had a problem with Ray’s staff either!! They are all very kind to me and my kids!Parking: The parking is right outside the outdoor dining area behind the shrubs it always has room for other cars!Kid-friendliness: I bring my kids here all the time and the staff have never been rude to them once over all the years we’ve been coming!

Got banana, mocha chip and coconut. We liked mocha chip the best. I wanted praline pecan but they were out :(. They give you a lot of ice cream for a good price, but quality isn’t the best.

Purchased from Meijer... nastiest ice cream ever... no taste, no sugar, and very bland. I was very disappointed because I love to support Local brands however I'm going to stick with Hudsonville because Ray's is not where it's at...

This is a late entry. I visited this place on 06-07-2023. Okay...so I go into Ray's and order a banana split. I tell the guy my choice of three flavors of ice cream. He says they are out of bananas. I tell him that is fine. He asks if it was okay to put the toppings on the side. I said that is fine. I didn't know there were going to be nine scoops of ice cream!
