I recently ordered from Saroki’s Crispy Chicken for takeout , and it was a great experience! The chicken was fantastic—crispy, flavorful, and with a unique coating that sets it apart. We also got mashed potatoes with gravy, which I highly recommend, and mac and cheese, which I didn’t enjoy as much as the other items. The biscuits with honey were a total plus—soft, sweet, and the perfect complement to the meal. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.

Great food. My family gets the chicken for most family celebrations. Those biscuits fresh out of the oven might be the best I’ve ever had. Lucky enough to grow up by the Wixom location and happened to move out by the Royal Oak location.

The food here is great. However, my last experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended.) I went in to get 4 chicken tenders (which cost $11.) The screen asked for a tip, which I put 0 as I am literally getting 4 chicken tenders, and all the person is doing is putting them in the bag. I got a very rude and sarcastic “Thank you for THAT” in response. Sorry, there are too many good chicken places around to put up with this garbage. I am a great tipper and tip when the efforts times for it, but tipping someone for putting 4 expensive chicken tenders in a bag isn’t one of those times. Maybe don’t shame your customers. I won’t be back.

Best customer service. They always have a welcoming attitude, and are so patient. The food is always good, and they have a large variety.

The chicken tenders from here were amazing.

Wish they offered a 6pc, though. The 4pc and 8pc options deserve a middle ground.
