The two employees on November 8th2024 were absolutely slaying . There is a local hockey tournament and the have been to the brim all day still smiling and giving kind and amazing service

I love smoothie king in general. This is definitely the worst location I’ve ever been to from the chain. The service is abysmal. Multiple times the lobby has been closed, leaving drive through as the only option. Problem is the drive through moves insanely slow. I’ve actually heard people in cars around me yelling out in frustration at how slow it is. It seems the workers are just goofing around inside. Can’t blame them too much tho they’re just kids making a terrible wage presumably.

Okay the person taking my order was too distracted 🙃 the two Smoothies I ordered were hardly blended at all. They were too distracted to even charge me 😆

I stopped at this Smoothie King, Friday 9/20/24. I wanted to try something new than my usual Pinapple Mango Greek Yogurt. I was looking through the app and asked for a little time before I ordered. Once I was ready, I wanted the free Friday upsize. When I told the girl on the intercom she responded “you have to have the app for that”, which I responded “I have the app”. When I was trying to order, she continued to be rude and tell me she that what I was ordering wasn’t a drink but a category (she was correct) but also didn’t try to help me. I decided to order my normal since I felt rushed at that point. When I got to the window and the guy repeated my order to me, I let him know that wasn’t what I ordered. I asked him what it was though because I may want to try it. He proceeded to tell me “well that’s not your order” in a rude manner. At that point, I decided to drive off before I cussed these people out. I go to this Smoothie King often and usually the service is fine.

This is one of my favorite spots. I absolutely LOVE the smoothies here. Thick, creamy and delicious especially when made right. That’s where Christian comes in. Christian gives impeccable service from start to finish. He’s a hard worker, he’s attentive and respectful. He pours his joy and passion into producing the best smoothie by adding each ingredient perfectly. His smoothies are consistent and aren’t loose or too sweet. It’s amazing workers like Christian is for sure why I will return in the morning and share this place with friends and family. He’s made me a regular! Thanks Christian?.

What happened to customer service? Unfriendly, snappy, no smile, no thank you. It feels like they are angry when you come to order from their establishment. Management needs to do a better job hiring, training, and leading with customer service in mind.

Ordered online, showed up 15 minutes later to no order...they claimed my order never went through...i showed them my order on the app ( which they had marked completed ) and i showed them the $14.45 charge from my card. They still acted like they didnt want to make my smoothie..took another 20 minutes to get my order make...i would rather drive 30 minutes to a different one than come here ever again
