Lawrence here at the Royal Oak, Mi location is absolutely fabulous, very customer oriented and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied in their service. I returned to this location just to get a banana boat with vanilla protein. The cashier Sam was rushing and very impatient. They did not have anyone in line and we wanted to make sure review the menu. It was up size Friday and we still were charged for a 32 ounce without the promotion. Also, they put fatburner in my smoothie! I am highly upset. I instantly was sick and almost passed out. I have never had this before. I did not ask for it as all. I went into a panic attack and was very hot. I would not recommend this location at all. I tried to call to advise the manager but the voicemail is full and no one answers. The employee must be very careful. I am still having heartburn due to this.

This location is messed up my order many times as well as they are very slow in their response and their timing. These people are very rude and unprofessional and management needs to reconsider everybody that works at this location. These people close up earlier than expected and exited time at least 15 minutes early. This is the worst crew I’ve ever seen work at any smoothie king

Smoothies are never fully blended but made fairly quickly. Almost gotten the wrong order a few times - well, never wrong, just not mine lol, so double check it. Staff is great even though it's a super busy location. Smoothies are always tasty, gluten free and almond milk options but no dairy free protein powder, and come in supposedly biodegradable Styrofoam cups yuck. Definitely worth the trip if you can wait in line. Cost effective for a quick filling low calorie meal on the go.

Not the fault of the employees I suppose, I could not go inside and wait or I guess pickup orders were disabled maybe as the doors were locked with the employees working inside.I had pre scheduled the drive thru pick up but I was a part of the long line of people just waiting in their drive thru for their order , so I am assuming they are making one order at a time or something. The phone is disconnected you can only leave a voicemail, if you love spending time in your car at the drive thru waiting for your order forever I highly recommend this place. Best thing, save your time and order at a nearby Tropical instead
