Giving a 3 because this location is super hit or miss with having online orders ready at the stated time the website claims. Any time I order the website states the order will be ready in 10-15 minutes. I typically give more time, 25-30 minutes because many time the smoothie is not ready in 10-15 minutes. Even times I allow 30 minutes I have been waiting another 10-15 minutes, even when the store is not busy.

Lawrence here at the Royal Oak, Mi location is absolutely fabulous, very customer oriented and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied in their service. In this day and time unfortunately that service is becoming a lost art so I highly recommend this location and to have interaction with Lawerence. I give him 5 stars, Across the board.

The customer service here is always a battle, you always have to wait 10 mins to order and then greeted with hostility or animosity when placing orders.
