I used to go to this location at least once weekly: Then the service and food quality was declining, so I stopped going. I decided to give them another opportunity and it disappointed me again. I asked for a toasted bagel with extra butter, between others items! The bagel was given cold and it looked like it had been ran over by a vehicle, it was hollow and no butter. When I asked for butter since they gave me two hard as rock bars of butter that were so solid that it was impossible to apply it to the tiny bagel! Remember, small details of quality do matter!

Worst customer service ever.
Six baristas on staff and they can only make one drink at a time. What does Starbucks pay them for? To make snide comments about doing their job and give the guests dirty looks or ignore them?
No, wiping off a clean counter is not more important than a paying customer. These people seem to hate their jobs. No wonder...they suck at it.
I only patronize then because the drinks are more affordable than the other coffee shops in the area.

I've had three shaken espresso drinks (best Starbucks drinks ever) at this location. All have been terrible. For whatever reason they can't do it. I've had one with so much oatmilk you could taste the coffee. The last two the oakmilk has coagulated at the bottom of the cup. Kinda gross.

EVERY OTHER FAST FOOD OR COMPARABLE CHAIN GIVES ITS CUSTOMERS FREE WATER; THIS LOCATION IS REFUSING TO PROVIDE FREE WATER AND HAVE A DISPORTIONATE AMMOUNT OF HOMELESS PEOPLE WHO RELY ON THIS WATER FOR SUSTANANCE TO LIVE.
