The manager very rudely woke up a student who was sleeping at the table. Student paid for a drink and was studying, not bothering anybody, and there were plenty of open tables. I’ve never seen a Starbucks team member be so rude in my life! Very disappointed.

Great service and friendly staff however I usually order a Caramel Macciato and unfortunately it has become a hit or miss with the current baristas. The last 2 times it was so bad that got me thinking about quitting starbucks all together. The app is just so convenient.

Weird that after they clean the bathroom ( 730pm) that they will no longer allow anyone to use the bathroom when they close at 9pm. They definitely need to change this policy especially if there is a purchasing customer. If this is not a policy, then they should re-train some employees

I like the chalk board with witty signs! Lady working there was very nice. They are keeping the place clean. Overall it’s a good Starbucks. I love the oat milk they use for chai lattes. I love my drinks extra hot and always ask to make sure that it is so.

I’ll preface this by saying I’m pro ??, my coworkers were getting coffee and I assumed we were getting atomic again.. so I got a an iced coffee with oat milk, idk the fancy names or whatever, anyways they ended up ordering Starbucks unfortunately and my “oat milk drink” turned out to have DAIRY in it?! Even when I drank Starbucks before this has never happened. Thank you for making me waste an epi-pen over nothing. Some people are deathly allergic to dairy…

Managers here need to staff better. The fact that it is peak hours and no one is able to work the oven because there are only 3 people behind the bar is insane. How are you not going to have a proper staff during peak? I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes for a single food item because management did not staff properly. The poor baristas are slammed because they are not staffed properly. Do better for your staff and your customers.
