During my first visit the drive through was closed, today I’m giving it another try and wow, it was complete standstill. This will be my last time going to this location.

The lady working drive thru tonight at 6:30pm needs a huge attitude adjustment. She was very rude when I asked the price difference between a tall and grande latte. When cashing me out, she handed me a tall when I ordered a grande- no biggy was a miscommunication. She then gave me even more attitude and rolled her eyes when I asked for a grande. Not sure if she was stoned or what.. but something was off.
We enjoyed our drinks and the cushion window seats!

Today, I visited this Starbucks with my daughter who is going to be turned 3 this November, and she accidentally spilled her milk. I felt so bad and asked for a mob so that I can clean up the floor. However, the staff kindly cleaned it all up for us — and even gave a new milk for her. While I was still feeling guilty and trying to give them a small tip from my wallet, one of the staff members came over and asked if it would be okay to give my daughter a juice pouch. She gave it to her to comfort her because she was crying. I was truly touched by their kindness. It was the best customer service and the most heartwarming experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff!

I was here with my sister today. We usually stop in after going to the zoo and have always liked the place. We ordered four drinks and my sister apologized beforehand for it being a lot because she knew they were busy. Chloe was very kind, nice and polite. However? While I know it was busy they called a young woman from the back who had glasses for help. The first two drinks were meant to be WITHOUT whipped cream. My sister apologized, said they werent supposed to have them and the barista was FURIOUS with my sister. To the point other customers noticed too. The bariata was angry that the drinks were made wrong. If my sister apologized, she was ignored. My sister said thank you, she was ignored. My sister said she appreciated the change, she was ignored. My sister was very polite and the barista was severely rude. I do not understand the attitude. It was a lot of drinks and it was a mistake made by starbucks but my sister wasnt even rude. It is really no way to treat customers.
