For a Starbucks I’m kind of disappointed this is part of the chain. Coffees and drink are mediocre. This location is in the corewell hospital. Busy because not many options available. Staff are nice but slow. I don’t find things tidy. I’ve bought coffee a few times and other drinks. Yesterday my cup filled with coffee grinds at the bottom of the cup. Purchased a wrap- was basically squished and filling on only half side of wrap. Prices for Starbucks are premium expect more. You can not collect or use points at this location which is disappointing.

If I could give negative stars I would. The morning of Saturday 4/20, the idiot at the counter was rude to my friends wife who never goes to Starbucks so she doesnt know how to order properly. He has an attitude with her, makes her cry, meanwhile her husband has been here for 2 weeks with cancer issues. Nice job. You work at a hospital. Have some awareness of your surrounding work environment and the people you may encounter through the day.

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. Sausage egg muffin and the new maple chicken with egg. You can say that these were the worst pre-made sandwiches I've ever ate. Speedway nasty ones are better. For a place that charges sky rocket pricess should just eliminate food from their menu.

I came to the Beaumont Starbucks when my mom was in the hospital. There was a long line, but it moved much more quickly than I would have expected. The staff was very kind and efficient, and my order was made right. It was so much appreciated. Thank you!

Not the most friendliest place to be. The lid on my coffee wasn't tight, so the cup dropped and spilled everywhere. The girl, behind the counter just huffed and said, rudely "what coffee did you have". Not concerned that I had hot coffee all over me, ruined my suit and burned my hands. Raciest!!
