Every single time I have come to this Starbucks the vibe is “we don’t want customers here”. I understand that you want to get ahead of closing. But do you really have to sweep and mop over our feet while we are in the middle of a serious conversation? I have worked numerous customer service jobs and we never thought to sweep and mop over customers while they are eating, drinking and talking. So bizarre. You close at 8pm. It’s not a late night. Sweep and mop after customers leave. Geez

I just ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch frappe and it tasted nothing like it. It looks nothing like it. Dissatisfied and disappointed and won’t be returning. It didn’t even have coffee in it. The one that I always order does. Poor service.
