I have gone in on 3 separate occasions. All 3 times it was open but was unable to be served. 2 times I walked in and there was no employee. The 3rd time it said the location was open online but it was closed.

Very disappointed the young man making my sub wasn't required to wear a hair net. He had no regard for his long black hair dangling over the sub he was preparing and all the ingredients. Very unsanitary, will not return.

Placed an order online for pick up an hour after they opened. App let the order go through, even updated that the order was in progress. Arrived at the store and nobody was there. Doors locked.

I don’t know when subway increased there prices but I stopped in today for a 6 inch sub and was beyond disappointed. My 6 inch wheat was the smallest 6 inches I have seen measured to probably more of a 4 inch. The bread was smooshed and almost completely flat. They were out of red onions and it was 12:15. My 6 inch sub was $7.99 not worth it at all there are much better sandwiches places with better prices for a quick lunch. Very disappointing for a chain restaurant.

This was the worst Subway meal I've ever had. My Flatbread with chicken was cold (despite requesting toasted), same with my wife's. I didn't have time to take it back but the 20 dollars I spent on this meal was an absolute ripoff

I go to this location often and never have an issue but today the lady with the red hair was so rude and I got charged for extra meat there was only 6 pieces of meat on my sandwich I will not be returning to this location and time

Your workers be tripping on preparing these sandwiches. Telling customers what THEY want on their sandwiches. They need to be more attentive to what the customer is trying to tell them. ESPECIALLY when they telling you from a list. Not what you think THEY need on their sanwich. Think about QUALITY of the product instead of trying to hurry up to push us out the door. NOT A GOOD LOOK!

Rude. Called to ask a question about a doordash order and was just yelled at by the man on the phone who said he is the manager and just continued to talk over me, refused to help me or even listen to my question.

The site and sign on the door state they open at 9am. I've now been there 3x just after 9am and nobody there, literally dark, nothing set up... If you don't open at 9am then change your site and door sign information.
