The food was great! However, the two female staff members were very unwelcoming. They seemed to have an attitude for whatever reason, when I was nothing but respectful to them. I went there on 2 separate occasions for lunch and both times they were rude. For that, I won't be returning here. It's a shame really. đ¤ˇđžââď¸

Wish I had a better experience. Customer satisfaction is very clearly not a priority for this establishment and they will give you half portions no matter what you order. Service was not inviting from the moment me and my team walked in for lunch. Do not recommend for those trying to have a good lunch break.

The person was nice, but when I got there my order wasnât started yet, no problem, I sat down and waited. Got my food, got home, the bread was almost SOLIDâŚthe steak on my steak and cheese was not heated, the bag handle ripped, worst subway ever. Made a huge mistake not going to the 15 and Livernois location. Iâll never be back to this location again.

The lady working had a very rude attitude for no reason and was careless with the preparation of my sub. She kept touching my sandwich with her bare hands and with her shirt/torso as she was reaching for the veggies. Veggies looked like they had been sitting out all day. I threw away my sandwich and went to Potbelly's down the street instead of risking getting sick.

HORRIBLE. Just went to the 14mile and crooks location in Royal oak and had a terrible experience. I wanted a footlong loaf of bread and they said they canât do it because the system wonât let them. However, I was presented an option to buy a whole sub so I decided to do footlong with salami only since it was for my kids and they like limited things on the sandwich. Clerk said I had to order a hot shot sub which includes pepperoni so I declined it because kids donât like pepperoni (spicy). I asked to substitute pep for salami and she declined it saying âyou canât substitute meatsâ . At this point I gave up on asking more questions but I wanted my sub to be loaded with more lettuce and she was almost NOT about to do it (she did but very hesitant about it like it was âbreaking rulesâ ) I was about to walk out but I was hungry so I paid for my sub anyway as any civil customer would. The conclusion of this trip was I wonât be supporting subway anymore. Subway lost my business as they donât want to work with their customers to give them what they want.

The two employees refused to put extra olives on my sub. They said âitâs the most expensive item at subway, we cant put any more olivesâ. I said I will pay extra, they said they cant do it as there is not an option on the register. What a bunch of stingy owner/manager, not to mention the ridiculous prices. Covid messed everything up, business think they can get away with anything nowadays. THIS SUBWAY SUCKS

Ordered a titan turkey and the outlaw.the turkey had no mayonnaise on it but the outlaw had no onions,no chipotle mayo and the steak was cold and it wasnât toasted.just a complete waste of money and itâs disgusting.i will never go to this location again,find people that want to work.smh
