I did an online order for a sub. I was about 3 bites in and I noticed a ALIVE FLY MOVING in my sub. Never been more disgusted in my life. I will never eat here again because obviously you guys leave your produce out for flies.

The lady was rude screwed up my order and just pulled the chicken salad off my bread and continued to make the right order...not to mention sub had literally no meat no wonder why no one is ever there

The food was great! However, the two female staff members were very unwelcoming. They seemed to have an attitude for whatever reason, when I was nothing but respectful to them. I went there on 2 separate occasions for lunch and both times they were rude. For that, I won't be returning here. It's a shame really. 🤷🏾♂️

Wish I had a better experience. Customer satisfaction is very clearly not a priority for this establishment and they will give you half portions no matter what you order. Service was not inviting from the moment me and my team walked in for lunch. Do not recommend for those trying to have a good lunch break.

The person was nice, but when I got there my order wasn’t started yet, no problem, I sat down and waited. Got my food, got home, the bread was almost SOLID…the steak on my steak and cheese was not heated, the bag handle ripped, worst subway ever. Made a huge mistake not going to the 15 and Livernois location. I’ll never be back to this location again.

The lady working had a very rude attitude for no reason and was careless with the preparation of my sub. She kept touching my sandwich with her bare hands and with her shirt/torso as she was reaching for the veggies. Veggies looked like they had been sitting out all day. I threw away my sandwich and went to Potbelly's down the street instead of risking getting sick.
