Employees are stealing. I have put in an online order several times, showed up at suggested pick-up time, only to find out they "never got my online order". When I confirm receipt with the app, an email, and my credit card company they refuse to make my sandwich, but also wont let me look at the screen in their online ordering system. They "call the owner" but won't give me a phone number to complain, contact for the owner, or their names. I was even threatened by the female employee who was originally in the bathroom (didn't wash her hands) for at least 15 minutes as she was the designated "person who knows how to handle the online orders".On three occasions my order was available for pick-up 3-5 hours later, normally just minutes before they closed. On the fourth occasion of this incident I happened to be close enough to make it 3 minutes before they closed, showed my order was complete confirmation on the app and they STILL didn't have my order. When I pointed to a few sandwiches made behind the counter next to the employees personal items I said "are any of those my sandwich?" and the employee told me to "mind my business". I assume the employees are purposely ignoring online orders, fulfilling them before close so the customer can't get them, and bringing them home to their families/for themselves.DONT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered through grub hub but order was delivered through doors dash complete with delivery fees and an incorrect order! ?I ordered two subs and two 20 oz Cokes. My Cokes weren't delivered, yet I paid for them! ?This is the third time I've used delivery at this location and the order was messed up. I'm not happy at all. What really sucks is subway is my favorite and this is my neighborhood location. ?This site is never busy enough that orders cannot be sent out correctly. This lets me know you don't care. Completely unacceptable!! ?

WORST SUBWAY EVER. We ordered delivery, and when the food got here, it was completely messed up. My son did not get his sub. Both salads were soaked in dressing when I put a specific note to make sure the dressing was on the side so it didn't make the salad soggy cuz we were going to use the salads for lunch tomorrow. And last we had a coupon for a free cookie but that wasn't included even though I put it in with our order. So after we discover everything is messed up, we tried calling the store for 30 minutes.... the voice would say to press number 2 to talk with the staff, and it just rang over and over. We looked online, and it says the store was open until 10. We got there by 832, and the lady came up to us as we were walking in, saying they were closed. I explained to her that my son didn't even get any food, and I brought the salads back for them to fix. She says she can't do anything because she already put all the food away, and they were closed. We proceeded to inform her that since she "can't do anything for us," we wanted a refund. She said she couldn't do that and said I should find a number on the website but had no idea what our where to find it. When i was trying to explain to her what was wrong with the order she kept denying any error on her part because according to her she doesn't "mess any orders up" and that i never asked for dressing on the side when it's written right on the ticket. She was extremely rude and almost put her hands on my husband to start to push us out. She was not interested in helping us or doing anything to help make the situation right. We also found out from the lady that there's NO PHONE in the store, which is insane and probably should be mentioned because Google says they have a phone and we were calling it for 30 minutes. We will NEVER go back to this subway again.

Placed an online order at 8:27pm, said to pick up at 8:45pm. Went to the store at 8:40 pm. Staff member said they are closing, refused to complete order, and said their system is closed for orders, while completing an order for another customer. No refund or any effort to help with the situation... while I am not expecting much out of fast food places, this by far was the worst experience I have ever had.

I was excited to try this reopened after I used to eat them all the time and loved it! However, my experience left a lot to be desired. Most of the lettuce on the sandwich was brown and looked old but also frozen? There was maybe 6 slices of meat on my footlong sandwich. I asked for light jalapeños and the person working gave me an actual fist full. Speaking of which, the person working there, making my sandwich, was not quite rude but was not at all friendly. $20 for a severely sub-par and disappointing experience, I do not think I will be returning again.

Was so excited to visit our new subway! I was greeted by a sweet woman who joked with my about how my kids are always hungry!I have never gotten a kids meal before, so I didn’t know what it would entail. As I’m getting helped by the kind woman (I didn’t get her name) Norma is being rude to the lady helping me complaining about bread that wasn’t cooked properly (should have been talked about a different time), and how my son isn’t allowed to get pepperoni on his sub…we didn’t know. She tells us to the sign is “up there somewhere”. I looked for a while and didn’t not see anything about a kids meal posted. It was a very flustering experience and I’m not sure I will be back to this location because of her.

My experience at this Subway location inside Meijer's on February 17th. Was Beyond terrible. There was no one in line. I walk up and the Employee James was cleaning the tables for about 4 minutes before he even Acknowledged me. He never stated Sir. I'll be right with you or anything. I'm still standing at the counter ready to place my order then James finally Precedes to walk behind the counter to take my Order. Not I'm sorry for your wait or anything To acknowledge me just standing here. I placed my Order and then to add Insult to injury. A Meijer Employee came up in front of me after me waiting for 10 minutes. He stops making my order and went to Service her. I told James I was here first and she can wait. He then Precedes to say to me she's ONLY getting a cookie. I said to James seriously after you start my order first and then take care of her like my time wasn't important I think NOT. I then asked James for his Supervisor. She came up and I explained to her what happened. She Automatically took James side which was Unbelievable. The supervisor never service me and she cancelled my order. Poor poor customer service at this Meijer's Subway. I would advise citizens to NOT Patronize this Location ever. And I will be reporting my Experience with corporate.
