I do my grocery shopping at Meijer and I always stop in for a bite to eat at Subway , the food is always fresh and the worker Melissa always greets me with a friendly smile and a great attitude.

8/15/2024: Don't waste your time ordering ahead online or with the mobile app here. No pickup shelf at this location and instead of simply handing you your sub from behind the counter they take orders and keep making sandwiches for others that are waiting in line. It would take 5 seconds to hand me my order that's ready and waiting. Is it no training or simply don't care. All the bad reviews on here get no reply from the owner, so I assume it's they don't care. And Subway's trying to figure out why their going down the drain.

Blonde lady is rude. Unprofessional sign on the front counter. The person could not explain the type of peppers that come on a #1? Will never ever spend money here or come here. This would have been my first visit.

The employee at 5:26pm today June 5 comes from the main dining area and walks into the kitchen to set us up for our sandwiches. He never bothers to wash his hands and proceeds to drop the paper down while he’s putting his plastic gloves on. I wonder when the last time you sterilize this phone is? Nasty. I wish these places with attention to this kind of thing.
