This Taco Bell is good about 5% of the time.
And stop with the AI robot order taker at the drive-thru. I just ignore it until someone human answers me.

This isn't the first time my order has been messed up. But by far the worst I've received.

I got a Deluxe Box.
Beef Chalupa (I found BAD tomatoes, one with a big brown spot and also a hollowed out bean.)
Soft taco supreme (taco wasn't even properly "stacked" as they say, the meat from my taco was folded into the wrapper instead of the tortilla, wasnt even lined up with the paper)
5 layer burrito (poorly rolled, cracking and looks like it was sitting for who knows how long.)
Nachos and cheese. (Edible but chips smashed)

Even got fiesta potato's. (which I ate. But found an onion in them., a glassy gross looking one.)

THIS is also what prompted me to look thru EVERYTHING

Also told we couldn't order onions, so how did it end up in mine? 😭

EDIT TO ADD, IM LEAVING A REVIEW CAUSE ANYTIME WE CALL WERE TREATED LIKE A JOKE AND BASICALLY TOLD TO SUCK IT UP OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. (WERE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE AS OF NOW)

If I could give 0 stars I would. I worked at this Taco Bell about two years ago, I go by Tim Tim. Came to this Taco Bell in the morning around 11am and was not greeted waited 7 minutes for them to even attempt my order. The order taker/manager is extremely rude. She wanted to cancel my entire order just because she didn’t hear me correctly then gon tell me no add ons at the window bc there are only two people there even though she the one who did the order wrong. Then when I got my food it was completely wrong and When I called she proceeds to tell me she’s the manager and to come and ā€˜get a refund’ with a terrible attitude. I know that you are not supposed to treat people like that let alone your customers. I will never ever get food from there again. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had and literally the person who is taking orders just needs to quit bc it’s obvious she hates her job and gets off on being nasty and making peoples day bad Shakiyla B is the name on my receipt.. DO BETTER honey. It’s just a job you don’t have to be so rude and nasty. One day that’s gonna be youR downfall honey you deserve nothing in life.

Staff are friendly but food quality is really bad. I've gotten a crunchwrap supreme twice here now that are paper thin with barely any filling in it. Not worth the rising prices.

DO NOT ORDER HERE

Drive thru at 11am, took about 5-7 mins just to take the order while we were the only ones in line, then got the order completely wrong, asked for no tomatoes and no beans and the order came with both, shakiyla b took our order and told us she was unable to make anything new at the window and attitude was just like she didn't want to be there. Worst experience I've ever had at taco bell

THE ROBOT SUCKS - first of all, I absolutely loved this location even with the slow service cuz THE STAFF WAS AMAZING then they added this robot and it couldn’t take my order properly. Then some old white dude was at the window when I picked up my food. Where is the Taco Hoodie guy!?!? He knew my order by heart. Absolutely boycotting until the robot is gone

I will only go to this place. I actually live closer to 2 other taco bells & they always suck. This place puts a lot of love in their food & service. I eat here at least 2-3 times a wk.

Vegetarian options: At this location they really make the food look nice & taste great & fresh!

Consistently making mistakes with orders, out of products, serving poorly prepared food. Today my taco was smashed like it got punched by the cook. Shells were stale.

Friendly staff they seem cool; service is slow cars back up into the Main Street and quite literally cause a traffic jam, probably time to consider relocating due to this problem that’s constant. In all honesty it’s fast food the jokes on me for expecting the quality I was expecting I get it. In that vantage point unfortunately the Mexican pizza I ordered this evening which was basically phoned in. Almost no toppings on top like a photo of this would actually be hilarious with the review; we’re talking everything that is on top is localized dead center right good placement. What I’m seeing is exactly 10 tomatoes dropped on there with like cheese and meat with sauce that someone qdoba’d on there (it’s ridiculous) if I’m paying like 15 bucks for a Mexican pizza and the automated system I’ll pay extra for a human to do better. Stop serving food if you’re having a bad day please…pay your staff more please so we get better quality in service that’s clearly the key. If only I knew how to attach a photo to the review cuz it’s hilarious.

This Taco Bell is known for being slow, which I can handle sometimes, but after today and the attitude received from employees while attempting to order (and then not even receiving the correct items), I will not be returning. The AI order machine wasn’t reading what were saying so the employee asked what we wanted, and then didn’t listen at all so we had to repeat 1 minute later when he finally returned (no apology, just ā€œwhat did you want?ā€). After this, we asked for extra cheeses for the nacho fries and paid extra for them, which again, no big deal. We did not receive 3 items from the order, 1 item was incorrect, and there were no extra cheeses. The cheese we did received had so little in it you could see the bottom of the cup. Upon calling to inform them of the issue they said, with an attitude, ā€œare you just bullshitting right now?ā€ This will be escalated because of the unprofessional manner of the employees after not providing the service/items that were paid for. Very disappointing. Would not recommend anyone to come to this location - on top of being the slowest Taco Bell around the employees lack basic respect and professionalism.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Will never go to this location again. And I’ll recommend all my family and friends to also avoid this location. The short female manager has the worst customer service if she hates her job so much maybe she should make a resume and switch jobs
