I found a piece of plastic inside my taco from this Taco Bell, which was really disappointing and concerning. This shouldn’t happen anywhere, especially at a major chain. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their food prep process because this was a pretty bad experience.

I ordered for delivery off the app and they completely screwed up my order. Half of it was the wrong items and the other half was missing. I tried calling the restaurant but the woman was mean. She kept cutting me off to ask what my name was like 3 times in the span of a minute and then started yelling at me when I was clearly getting annoyed before hanging up on me and refusing to answer the phone again and when she did pick up just told me there was nothing she could do and that I had to contact Taco bell corporate. I did and instead of rufunding my $28 to my account Tacobell just gave me a $15 off coupon on my next order. I tried calling them and they just told me they couldn't give me my money back. Neither of the quesadillas had stake in them, my 5 layer was for some reason a fried chicken thing and my Cantine chicken taco was a hard taco with a soft tortilla glued to it with cheese. Everything else was missing.

The staff ignored us while we were trying to ask if they were serving breakfast. The staff stood around laughing before serving us, the young man also kept looking over, after washing his hands and still never came up to assist us

At 5:24 this morning 11/14/25 this young man was very rude, it took me 4 seconds to grab my card out my wallet and he had closed the window on me and walked away... when i requested hot sauce he mind as well have thrown it at me, before could even grab it the sauces went all over my car and on the drive way. mind you I was very kind and used please and thank you in every request.

I made a mobile order about an hour ago and the guys working tonight did an excellent job! I had a chicken power bowl with a number of modifications and it turned out perfectly + the food is hot and fresh. They also filled the nacho cheese cups to an appropriate amount which I often find to be an issue. Great job to the crew working tonight!!!

Worse service, 3 people asked me so far who am I picking up and its been 20 minutes I am waiting.
Placed an online order, came to pick it up, they said they were short staffed, okay no problem. We sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes to be told they gave our order away to a man we don’t know. Then they wanted to argue and refund the money when all we wanted was our order. All they had to do was apologize for giving our food to the wrong person and remake the order. Instead we got a flat explanation they gave our food away to the wrong person without an apology and offer to remake the order.
