I had 5 broken teeth and 2 large abscesses and couldn't eat much of anything but was starving. I was looking for something soft to gum. Thinking tamales or beans and cheese. Of the options the flour tortilla beef birria seemed to be the best fit. I ordered those, a side of beans and, a side of consomme. Was amazing. Customer service was on point! I was greeted with a smile and a friendly atmosphere. I went with the Birria tacos and a chicken quesadilla. If you are in the area taco bros is a must visit.
Very very tasty bowl. It's like if chipotle was made with taqueria ingredients, and a little bit cheaper. Vibes inside give corporate sanitized no real vibe at all which is kind of awful, so I'd say more of a take out place. Soda fountain out of order, which is also terrible. Oh and the "chips and cheese" is not queso it's literally nacho cheese like come on man that's gross.
