Nice vibe

Extremely disappointed with this coffee shop. I came in with an urgent situation and needed to use the restroom, but the barista in the red shirt with glasses refused and kept repeating “customers only, you need to buy something.” The shop was completely empty — no line, no rush — yet there was zero compassion or basic human decency. Policies are one thing, but kindness should matter too, especially in an emergency. This left me feeling humiliated and I won’t be returning.

Everyone is always super friendly and provides fast services. I also love the atmosphere it's very welcoming. I've been meaning to share this delicious salad, it was full of delicious nutrients, and had a kick to it. 😋😋

Always loved this place, used to come here a lot pre COVID but moved further away in 2020. Revisited for a business meeting this past week and it's still just a great place all around, even some familiar faces amongst the great people that run it. Highly recommend, whether your just stopping in for a coffee, or work remote and need to get out of the house for an hour or two.

Just tried for the first time and will definitely be back! Fair prices for breakfast sandwiches and solid coffee. Plenty of seating and friendly staff. Love the option to pick a charity for donations as well.

I really like the vibe of this place and it’s usually less busy than Atomic and the coffee is terrific! The food is great too. It’s a good spot to chill at but can get busy at the pick up area.

I love this place—it’s my go-to stop before my art classes. The coffee has a smooth, flavorful taste, and the sandwiches are delicious. My favorite is the El Cubano; it’s absolutely amazing!

We are a local digital advertising company in Berkley. We often use The Garage room for offsite meetings and it is great! The room is nice and quiet, plenty of seating and easy access to wi-fi and TV to dial in remote team members. Parking is a breeze. Courtney is awesome, I can call or email her anytime to book the room. She responds quickly, books and room and everyone is happy :)

The Office Coffee Shop also has great coffee, tea and quick bites for morning meetings . This is a nice offsite option for our team at KORTX as well!

I have studied at the Office Coffee Shop in the past and had a lovely experience with delicious coffee and diverse food options, but what prompted me to write this review now was the outstanding service.

I had recently visited right at opening to retrieve a printed document with their kiosk. One of the baristas, Allie, had helped me in an urgent printing situation. I had already paid $2.88 two times to the PrintWithMe service but the printing kiosk was out of order and I had not known this prior to arriving to the coffee shop. Not only did she help me print a document I needed the same morning using their staff’s printer. She also provided me with a voucher for a complimentary drink, given that I had paid for the printing services without any initial form of refund available. I would like to praise her for going above and beyond to help me in a time sensitive manner.

I will certainly be returning to this cafe to study or work from my laptop.
