This is possibly one of the worst Tim hortons Iâve been to. The service is always bad and some of the staff donât wear gloves when serving your food or drink. The atmosphere is always dirty and everything is stained. I got served burnt coffee with rotted smelling creamer in it. When I got to work and took my first sip, I almost wanted to throw up. Staying away from this place for good. Highly advise everyone else to as well.

When I walked into the store it smelled good and looked very clean. The management was great, staff was friendly, and everything in my order was correct.
I live within walking distance of the 12& dequindre store. But always choose this one when I want my order right the first time!!! Plus the workers here are so nice and make you feel welcome. Fresh everything here and if for some reason something does get messed up they rectify it immediately and make sure it doesnât happen again. Best Tim Hortons in Madison Heights, Royal Oak, Hazel Park, and Warren!!!!
Kid-friendliness: All the workers make my kids feel welcome there. When they want donuts the workers there (with my permission first) will let my kids âorder their own donutsâ so my 4 yr old feels super special. Always smiling and they always include my kids in the ordering process and conversations with them.
