I live within walking distance of the 12& dequindre store. But always choose this one when I want my order right the first time!!! Plus the workers here are so nice and make you feel welcome. Fresh everything here and if for some reason something does get messed up they rectify it immediately and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Best Tim Hortons in Madison Heights, Royal Oak, Hazel Park, and Warren!!!!
Kid-friendliness: All the workers make my kids feel welcome there. When they want donuts the workers there (with my permission first) will let my kids “order their own donuts” so my 4 yr old feels super special. Always smiling and they always include my kids in the ordering process and conversations with them.

this tim hortons sucks so bad every time i come here the food literally tastes like dog food and the iced capps tastes like the machine is dirty or something. it’s just never good, i wouldn’t waste your time or money

Lattes were horrible. Couldn't even get through half of mine. Went back through to just get regular coffee, which was fine. Friendly people, just horrible lattes.

This location does get busy at times so everything feels very rushed but overall the staff is friendly and they'll fix any mess ups without an attitude. The food is good and 95% of the time my drink is made correctly! That's a win for me.

I ordered a iced vanilla chai. The first time she handed me a iced coffee drink. I then told her that I ordered chai and this was coffee. She took the drink back then proceeded to hand me another incorrect drink. I ended up with a cup of iced whole milk with vanilla and no chai.

I went to this location a few weeks ago at the drive thru, ordered coffee, got hot chocolate. Went this morning and asked for peppermint mocha in my coffee. I got something that was cold (imagine coffee left out all night). What has happened to this location?
