Second bad experience at this Tim Hortons… and it’s only my second time here! Arrived at 6:30 asking for a chicken panini, the lady responded with “we close in 15 minutes we’re only doing drinks and sweats” I looked down at the time seeing it was 6:30 (30 minutes prior to closing) I said I thought you close at 7? (Not 15 minutes from the time i arrived) the lady than did not respond to me at all. DONT GO HERE!

The coffee does not taste like coffee. It’s a completely watered down version. I have tried several times, and each time it’s the same. I was really hoping this would be a good option bc it’s so convenient.

I just wanted to share how wonderful the manager at this location is! She’s always so kind, professional, and genuinely caring toward both customers and her staff. Every time I come in, she greets everyone with a smile and makes sure orders are quick, fresh, and accurate. You can tell she really takes pride in her work and wants every customer to have a great experience. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and friendliness these days — she truly goes above and beyond to make people feel welcome. Her positive attitude makes the whole atmosphere better. Tim Hortons is lucky to have her!

Disgusting and poor service.
Croissant Sandwich and cold brew coffee.
I don't even think the coffee was coffee. Tasted like dirty dish water with a touch of caramel. Didn't drink it and got me to not drink my coffee is saying soemthing. Previously had one other bad experience (waited forever) and one ok one.

After this and the company not being able to actually refund or offer any actual help when reporting poor food quality from the app due to the option being there - lost my business for good.

Hi don't go to this Tim Hortons location they rip you off. Almost every time I've been at this location I used cash and every single time they never give me change. They say the price was higher than it was when clearly on the screen I seen the price. They always say oh we got the rest covered on the house such BS they are scammers. Not once have I got change back from cash that I have gave them.

Listed online that they're open till 7:00. Hold up to the drive-thru at 4:45 and sat there. Lights on inside but no one apparently working.
