Thee woman that took my order was amazing and patient. She took extra care to make sure she got my order correct. I can't eat certain foods so I really appreciated that. Also a regular customer walked in and the man making sandwiches knew his order and that made the man smile. Thank you!

This place is under new ownership, and it clearly shows. The food has been great lately and the service has been even better.
It looks like the new owner is remodeling and it looks great. The people working here are very friendly, even when it becomes busy. Every order I have placed recently has been made really well.
I also love how clean the kitchen and dining area is. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Just got under new ownership and is still allowing me to use my card for buy 9 subs get the 10th free. Workers here are great people and friendly.
I drove to this location because the one at my corner is garbage. This location was actually worse. My 2 subs were extremely small and the steak was nothing but gristle. I don't think it was even cooked that day. Fries were soggy and they whole $32 went right in the trash.

Drove to this place on 11 Mile because it’s closer to my house than the location at 12mile. The google page says it was open till 7PM…… well I get there at 6:42PM and they were closed so I will no longer be going to this tubbysAnd according to other review this is a common problem with this location
