The food tasted like any other wingstop, maybe a bit less quality than other places, especially since it was cold. I ordered two ten piece boneless combo meals at the counter, which they estimated would take around 10-15 minutes. I expected it to take a little longer than that, but not OVER AN HOUR. Not only that, but I had to go up there and ask where it was. Turns out, despite me sitting in eyesight of them, they put my food on the delivery shelf around fifteen minutes before me asking. Definitely NOT going here again- well, unless I'm in the mood to waste an hour of my time and eat cold wings.

Absolute worst fast food experience out there. 3:44pm ETA for pickup. Still sitting in the store at 4:12pm waiting for our order. Complete mess inside. People having to clean their own tables up before being able to sit down and eat. Zero urgency or consideration from workers in store. Nobody holding anyone accountable. Owners clearly do not care about the business they operate.

We order 15 pc wings lemon pepper cook well done the wings are under cook and no lemon pepper flavor at all . Now Iwe don't want to get sick because of raw wings Good thing we have our records of where we purchased the wing we probably should report to Health and Safety. We will no longer purchased at this location 😒 😪 since we have no way cooking the wings when my stove is broken 😢 😞 😫

Worst customer service in the history of service. Nasty attitudes, poor active listening skills, and no care about customers at all. I know it’s just a fast food place and quality people are hard to find, but these people will run your establishment to the ground.

The individual that wears the du rag, heavy set, has an attitude out this world as if you did something to her. I don’t root for people losing their job but she is horrible. This is my 3rd and last time visiting this location.

The food was trash and our order was incorrect. Huge waste of time and money. I will never eat here or any wingstop again. Little Lous on Coolidge in Berkley is hands down the best!

This was hands down the worse order of a wing stop I ever had. The employees were lazy and rude and my food wasn’t made correctly. I ordered two of the 24 piece in plain , Louisiana rub and lemon pepper. They gave us all plain wings. The fries were soggy and cold. And the corn was over seasoned even though I specifically asked for light. For some reason these establishments keep hiring these lazy no good types who don’t want to work. First and last time. I recommend you do the same if you actually want good that’s palatable.

Food is always good and fresh - but very greasy. If you want take out, make sure your order ahead as it usually takes 10-20 minutes after ordering to get your pickup order.
