This was hands down the worse order of a wing stop I ever had. The employees were lazy and rude and my food wasn’t made correctly. I ordered two of the 24 piece in plain , Louisiana rub and lemon pepper. They gave us all plain wings. The fries were soggy and cold. And the corn was over seasoned even though I specifically asked for light. For some reason these establishments keep hiring these lazy no good types who don’t want to work. First and last time. I recommend you do the same if you actually want good that’s palatable.

Food is always good and fresh - but very greasy. If you want take out, make sure your order ahead as it usually takes 10-20 minutes after ordering to get your pickup order.

Had free delivery, received cold fries, 6pc classical wings MILD and they came with no MILD sauce on them. Also forgot my straw. Second time getting Wingstop and I can tell you my first time was not a good experience in store as well. Buffalo Wild Wings here I come!

Okay so I’ve had some trying experiences at this location lol. However Today the day shift manager Ms. Denise, was nothing short of pleasant. She was thorough about resolving my issues she asked all the correct questions and was rather eager to help me and very matter of fact. In addition to that, she decided to bless me with food for another someone at work. She is a kind spirit. I know this is about Wings lol but her professionalism and sparkling personality just made my experience chef kiss!

I went in to pick up my order and I was wishing I hadnt! The place looked so dirty and my shoes stuck to the carpet so hard they almost came off. I was at a Wing Stop in Seattle and it was so nice!! I'm surprised by the Royal Oak location and how run down and dirty looking it was.
