Just had one of the worst takeout restaurant experiences of my life. Placed an online order at 7:00 estimated to be ready 7:20-7:30. Arrived at 7:30 and finally got my order at 8:55. The staff were rude in the sense that they just didn’t care. They were calm, not rushed, and not apologetic to the restaurant full of people waiting for orders. It became clear at 8:20 that orders placed after mine were being filled. When asking I was just told there were orders ahead of mine. They continued to take orders at the counter and by phone. Not worrying at all that they couldn’t timely fill orders already placed. The only reason I stayed was because the order was for my son and a couple friends and they seemed excited about it. I told him to find a new wing place because I won’t go back….. I had even left a tip on the online order, ugh.
Kid-friendliness: The entire staff didn’t seem to care at all. I know it’s not a great job but it wow the complete lack of customer service was shocking.
Staff were being incredibly rude and entitled, were telling customers to leave even though they had placed an order an hours ago and people were wondering where their food was. I had waited an hour for a doordash pickup, and I ended up unassigning from it so I could do other orders. Absolute bs, definitely not going back and I wouldn't recommend anyone goes there either unless you want to deal with a bunch of entitled idiots behind the counter.

We ordered online, but still had to wait an hour to pick up. The employees were too stoned to operate the equipment and had no motivation. To add insult, the wings were soggy and mediocre at best. I'm not sure this is a real restaurant...

This has to be one of the saddest restaurants. The employees are unprofessional, rude, and unaware. Service, there isn't any! Filthy, managed poorly, no ice ever, and the wait times for your order can be more than 40 minutes. Just sad!
We got the boneless two different types the flavor was good, service was good but the place packed in cleanliness found myself wiping my own table with a napkin when I sat down

Ordered online from this location as the have a promotion for free delivery. The delivery driver was pleasant and delivered on time. Although when I received the food I received the wrong drink and the fires looked to have a whole container of salt poured over it. The wings were okay as I tried the new honey BBQ the only thing I stand behind is the ranch on this meal.

The food seemed ok but no one in the kitchen wears gloves or a hair net. People were working the register and going straight to the line to cook. Hygiene is everything in a cooking environment

Great good, very hot! Service was great! however the restaurant was gross and dirty. One of the workers was on his break and literally laying on the table…..yuck! Bathrooms were so gross!
The place was dead, and it still took 30 minutes to get our order.
DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY!!
The wings were "good", but Buffalo Wild Wings are better... and they aren't exactly setting the high water mark. The fries at WingStop were straight up gross.

I go here for lunch maybe one or two times a week. I put my order in early, so when I arrive it will be ready. I miss lunch all the time because of the wait. Nothing personal to the people working this Wingstop needs more employees because they have lots of customers.
