It was okay.. still in COVID mode. You can’t really do much by yourself. They have these high schoolers working and they have to put toppings on your yogurt and even handle the samples for you. Eliminates the fro yo experience forsure.

Took my children out for frozen yogurt and it was enjoyable. My children were able to make their own selections and customize our yogurt to our liking. The cashier at night was very friendly with a positive attitude which is rare nowadays.

Great option for a lactose intolerant person! Taste and opinions of frozen yogurt is good! Nothing is less than $5 a person! My son enjoyed it

The employee behind the counter was great! So 5/5 on service. She was really nice to my kids. The yogurt was really good and a solid selection of flavors. Toppings were same. Many to pick from and all delicious! The store was super clean and well lit. Overall, we were soooo happy to find that there is a Yogurt City right here in our city! We attended were there at 9:15 pm on 9/08/23.

No food dye in the sorbert. Quick service, very helpful, managed to match quantity to dollars I had lol. Taste test was a win for pineapple. Affordable for small amount, cheaper from a grocery store of course. Self service but willing to help. Highly recommended. Did not stay, no restroom usage, just a quick easy grab and go.

Nice selection of yogurts. Plenty of toppings. Friendly and helpful staff!

Loved yogurt city, was so excited to be near this location since the one in Canton closed. I’m not sure if it is covid or other issues but not being able to put on my own toppings really takes away from the experience for me. Plastic wrap is up instead of a proper sneeze guard.Lots of handwritten signs on the walls and staff was in the back room for most of the time. Only a few table tops and one was dirty.Definitely not like how the Canton one was, seems like the company has changed a lot.

Overpriced and still won't allow people to put their own toppings on.

Walked into this place after the Taco Fest and they have ALOT of Frozen Yogurt selections. I appreciate the fact that they have Sorbets as well for lactose free people.

Not a good experience with my three young kids. First the door was locked when we showed up with a note taped to the door saying the worker was on break. Then when you get inside there are paper notes taped all over the walls with different rules written on them about what you can’t do while getting your yogurt. When you go to get toppings they used cheap clear plastic wrap to block off the toppings from people helping themselves instead of spending money to put up a glass barrier. Lastly, they won’t let you use their restrooms and make up what comes across as a lie by telling you that they have plumbing issues. Not a fun experience and won’t be back.
