I was really liking this place until I had a lady bug ? in my bagel sandwich. I called the store front to report it, I was told I was going to get call back from the manger the next day, to possibly make another sandwich and never received a call back, not even to acknowledge what happened. I’m never coming back and I don’t recommend this place at all. Before serving the public examine and pay attention to the food you all are pushing out. The next time it won’t be just a review to reevaluate your production. If this happens to someone else, the next time someone will call a lawyer!!! Just FYI some people have allergies to certain bugs etc.

Amazing staff open welcoming environment reminds me of the old southern hospitality the 2 girls behind the counter knows your order before you know your order can’t get any better service in Saginaw plus the cute animals and objects the dough master in the back make are fantastic food is delicious as always HIGHLY RECOMMEND it’s also very cheap so that’s a plus
